Duckie Dash

Look... it's a game where you're constantly in water, yet the water itself has just about 0 water effects (it's like plastic foil with no ripples and splashes from anything you do). The textures are crude and the physics are wonky. Whatever gameplay is there is functional, at best, and incredibly basic. I picked this up as a joke more than anything else, and the game is far from 'great' (or even 'good'). That said, it's also strangely charming and incredibly relaxing. I wasn't annoyed whenever the physics flipped out and did something stupid, because it's all so serene and completely stressfree anyways. The game is what you see on the store page. No more, no less - and as lacking as it may be, it can fill the spot of "office game" very well in the place of solitaire or minesweeper. Toddlers may also get a kick out of it. Kids older than a couple of years will probably find it too boring though - which ironically suited me just fine.

Still, thanks to the lack of challenge, it is a surprisingly soothing little thing. [h1]Long version:[/h1] Duckie Dash looks and feels like a cheap Unity asset store product. It is a time trial game, where the player has to navigate a little ducky through 3×10 courses, using slipstreams, geysers, and boosters, all the while avoiding some unfriendly beavers and whirlpools. Since there are no opponents and the par times are incredibly generous, the only hazard the player faces are the physics, or more like the lack of them: there is no acceleration, collision stops you instantly, and the water is more like some transparent jelly. Still, there is something soothing about playing a game with no chance to lose. Also, the stages are super short (30-180 seconds), so Duckie Dash can be used as something like a calming treatment, if you like these challengeless titles (and if its price drops to a reasonable level).

I just had a great dad-daughter time with my 4 year old driving around a yellow duckie. That worth $10? Hell ya.

Гонки на резиновой уточке!? Глупость! И на сколько же удивительно то, что это интересно :) Разработчик грамотно выверил суть геймплея. Это скорее не гонка, а заплывы. Из индикаторов - время, а игрок не круги наматывает и открывает новых уточек и трассы, он путешествует. Это воспринимается именно как странствие. Трассы сделаны так, что это не прямой заплыв из пункта А в пункт Б, таких маршрутов в игре нет, Русла речки растекаются в разных направлениях, где финиш игрок не знает и не видит, а бывает он никак визуально и не обозначен. Создаёться ощущение что ты куда то плывёшь. А некоторые маршруты созданы по типу лабиринта.Но создано всё так грамотно, что не бывает, что бы игрок заблудился. Тупиковых русел нет, а все течения куда-нибудь выводят. Автор постарался над окружающими пейзажами, повторов нет, каждый участок как-то по своему оформлен, локация та же, но нет ощущения что плывёшь по одним и тем же местам, У воды есть течение, есть места типа озёр где вода стоячая. Сверху пена, снизу колышащаяся растительность. Созданы различные препятствия странствию, могут мешать, так и помогать. Забавна возможность подброса типа катапульты, взмываешь высоко и видно далеко) ещё бы была возможность управлять в полёте, а подбрасывать утёнка может на большие расстояния. На плавание уйдёт не более двух часов, Получать три звезды достаточно просто и особых затруднений не будет. Всего 30 участков от минуты до трёх минут продолжительностью, переигрывать можно, но сделать это можно из игры, предигрового меню нет. Достижения бы игре, что бы выбить идеальную игру)

Duckie Dash - это казуальная гоночная игра, где игроки соревнуются в скорости не на спортивных автомобилях, а на резиновых уточках. Вам нужно как можно быстрее доехать до точки назначения и при этом не заблудится в многочисленых поворотах. В игре красивая 3D - графика, и не навязчивая спокойная музыка. Так же в лучших традициях гонки у нашей уточки есть закись азота, для кратковременного увеличения скорости, в начале раунда дается 1 использование, собирая по пути звезды вы увеличите количество раз использования ускорения уточки. Не проходить мимо всем любителям гонок, чтоб погонять, для разнообразия, вместо супер крутого боллида на обычной резиновой уточке)

12 резиновых уточек из 10 Игра отличная, всем рекомендую ознакомиться, хотя 249 рублей слишком большая цена. Я покупал её по скидке за 24 рубля, и советую вам сделать также. В целом - весёлая утиная гонка. Лично я от неё получаю слоновую дозу релакса. И это хорошо.

Pró: Tem pato Tá mais próximo de um conceito que simplesmente de um jogo. Falha bastante em todos os paradigmas mais básicos de desenvolvimento, mas não é totalmente descartável. Não tem um desafio bom, as físicas são bem ruins, possivelmente usando assets já prontos e sem nenhum trabalho em cima.
