Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 21 → 1.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This game is pretty insane, dont let the blocky appearance fool u, even if u arent a fan of that, I think the complexicity of this game will get you hooked. Ended up volunteering to beta test for this game, and we currently working on normal multiplayer and its I'm really shaping up to be something amazing. The single player mode in this game is stable and its pretty cool. I had been waiting for something like this in the strat genre for some years now. Thanks for this gem Fabian!
Holy Moley this game is overcomplicated and complex, and not in a fun way like Eve, in a frustrating, hard to find info, there's no detailed tooltips, the tutorial sucks, kind of way. Still, underneath that, is a pretty impressive logistics simulator, and war game on a massive scale. But only for the few who are into that, and the then fewer who muddle through and learn. DEV definitely needs to polish the information, and how-to-do-a-thing parts if he wants to get more purchases. But this isn't in EA, so not sure how likely that will be. Still, this is a great game, hope to see it succeed more. But its not for the faint of heart.

Dev should play his own game. If you start the game with only a settler it's literaly impossible to progress in this game. Scenario 1: Start with no tutorial. Nobody will build buildings since they lack skills. GG Scenario 2: Start with tutorial. Can't progress beacuse the idiot forgot that you need iron to make workbench. He deny you from building smelters to get said iron so again. GG Just remove the one settler option. IF this had been early access then he would have gotten a pass. But it's a feature complete game.
Amazing game. A fresh take on the genre. The UI is still rough and the learning curve is steep, but the game is in active development and the UI is improving constantly. The learning curve is actually what makes it so fun. I am a big fan of heavily strategic games like the Total War series. What I dislike about Total War is the turn-based system. This game combines a simpler battle mode with a campaign layer, and it works really well. Once the battle mechanics of DSS2 are refined, it could surpass the average Total War title. If you like deep strategy games: buy it, try it, support the dev, and revisit it later. The potential here is huge.
A Huge, Complicated Game With a Lot of Potential I've put a lot of hours into DSS 2: Industry, and honestly, I really enjoy this game. It's huge in scale, with a massive variety of troops, combinations, and ways to build and customize your own faction. I really like the art style and the amount of strategy involved. There is a lot here to experiment with. That said, this game is definitely not for the faint-hearted. It can be difficult to understand and even harder to master. I spent many hours just trying to figure out how to get past the early hurdles and keep my population alive. There are a lot of systems to learn, and the game doesn't always make it obvious what you're doing wrong. However, there is a Simple Control Mode, which I think is actually really fun. It's a great way for new players to get their heads around the basic mechanics without immediately being thrown into the deep end. Even if you're not a complete beginner, it's a nice way to learn the game and understand the fundamentals before moving on to the more complicated systems. The balance is also still a work in progress. There are definitely metas, and once you figure out what works, you can end up relying heavily on certain combinations. But personally, I find some of the experimentation fun. There is something satisfying about discovering a powerful strategy and then seeing just how far you can push it. I've reached the point where I'm not even just trying to survive anymore — I'm testing the limits of the game engine and breaking things constantly by pushing values and mechanics way beyond what they were probably intended to handle. 😂 The new multiplayer is also amazing. I spent many hours testing it while it was still in beta and helping the developer find and fix some major problems before release. Seeing the multiplayer develop from the beta into what it is now has been really rewarding, and it's added another whole dimension to the game for me. There are problems, crashes, balance issues, and other rough edges, and I don't want to pretend the game is perfect. But one of the things that gives me confidence is the developer. They are very responsive, regularly work on major crashes and problems, and genuinely seem interested in improving the game. They also respond well to both positive and negative criticism and actually try to address the issues people bring up. Overall, DSS 2: Industry is still a work in progress, but it's a game with an enormous amount of potential. If you want something simple and easy to pick up, the full game might be overwhelming at first, but the Simple Control Mode gives new players a good starting point. If you enjoy complicated strategy games, experimentation, customization, multiplayer, and figuring out systems for yourself, I think it's absolutely worth checking out. Recommended — especially if you're willing to put in the time to learn it.
自分の国が発展する様子を見るのが楽しく、毎日のように遊んでいたが今回のアップデートからゲームが頻繫にクラッシュするようになった。少し残念だ。
The scope and scale is impressive and it's getting frequent updates. There's a bit of a learning curve, but the systems are moreish once you get the hang of it.
Took me forever to send food because UI is too obtuse. Tutorial is a sequence of “click this then this” (and even then you may struggle to accomplish such simple tasks).
