Edit: Game feels much nicer to play without having the high ping of connecting to a na server the bosses feel more responsive as such Sad to hear it is being shut down main reasons i stoped playing were 1. difficulty to gain gold to level both from not being very good and the fact that alot of the time the game would but and remove my ability to gain gold from killing things 2. more games i wanted to play came out so i didn't really have time for this game

without even mentioning all the obvious problems you can see from every other comment, the game is just boring.

First I want to say, thank you to the development team. You have lead an amazing community and continue to push your passion in the game you have presented to us. Now for the review of the game. This game is a gem in the rough, the dev's continue to provide updates to the community through discord and the game play is very responsive and challenging. There is multiple difficulties and bosses that as the difficulty increases, move sets become more complex or even additional abilities being added. If you are looking for a challenge and enjoy rogue like games with a progression system, than Dragonspire may be a great game to pick up. Join the discord to talk with the community and give yourself the opportunity to enjoy a game with a team of dev's who really do care about there project. Look forward to seeing the progression of where this game may lead. Most negative reviews were due to server issues on release that unfortunately caused mixed reviews, how ever the gameplay is very fun and worth checking out.

I think this game so far has great potential, the game play itself is simple yet but fun nonetheless. Being able to play with your friends is also a huge plus if it gets back to that point. I haven't gotten too far into it just yet but so far there doesn't seem to be many wacky building options which I think could improve some replay ability. Things like building a character for charge attack damage even if they wont be at their strongest, it could play in for a bit of fun. All in all I absolutely love this game so far and I really hope it goes further than this.

This is a really nice hardcore to mess up with my own terrible skill and it's quite entertaining lolol. I'm suck but i have fun. Regardless, the freaking damn person grabbing their name as Goddess of Wisdom just literally screwed her name. That person doesn't even deserve it. Go make the game yourself and move your butt outta here it's stink. ┐(´д`)┌

YOU SHOULD AVOID THIS GAME About the game: 1. The menu is already buggy, showing me indicators for quests whatever, where nothing is 2. Character element system is fake. After 1 minute ingame your ice/wind character will just be forced to learn fire element skills? 3. Upgrades bored me already after 10 minutes of playing 4. The map is inaccurate, even playing only 30 minutes I already found the map being buggy 5. The multiplayer probably will never come About the team: 1. The team tends to not open communicate in their official Discord 2. Continuously delayed the first launch never mentioned they were running out of budged 3. Released the game then in a fake state: US only, which was never mentioned 4. The steam / game FAQ did not represent the true game state and I had to fight in their Discord so they would update it eventually 5. They always came up with fancy ideas rather than focus on getting the basics running 6. requested by Lionheart: They will ban you without mention the rule you did not follow. They cannot stand criticism. Now he even lie about in his response which shows the unprofessional behind this team. 7. Now going a video about "tell us what we can improve" but when I tried on the Discord and telling about how the element problem feels for me I got banned without any word with a fake reason. Do not request user feedback if you do not want to hear it. // Edit This "individual" updated the review to be more accurate. I did not want to mention everything bad I experienced but here you go.

O jogo e bom as reviews estao ruins pq o jogo so tinha modo online e o server era lagado. Ao tornar o jogo offline esse problema sumiu, de uma chance e um otimo roguelike e muito promissor.

Not normally a fan of rogue likes, but this one delivers. A friend gifted me a copy when it originally launched so we could play together, and despite the early server bugs, it was legit amazing to play, both solo and co-op. Now, with the funding cuts requiring it to be refurbished as a solo only experience, it's still as amazing as it was before. I do miss the co-op gameplay, but it's still a solid game. Pro-tip: If you wanna play this game, you'll want to check out the official discord server. While presently there aren't many plans to farther update the game(funding cuts), the devs are being fully transparent about what's going on, and the community there has been amazing.
