We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Reviews
I like dis game.
很复古正统的JRPG,找回了之前玩游戏的味道,但是转职系统太磨蹭了,强行拖时间,整个机制并没有得到革新,属于把老游戏的缺点原封不动地都搬过来了
It brings me back to the original with the old style of gameplay, but looks beautiful with the updated graphics! I never played DQ3 originally, but was a huge fan of the original Dragon Warrior on NES. This captures the feel perfectly. There are some great quality of life enhancements too with the save system allowing you to save at any time instead of having to track down a church to save.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 3: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1/day in the week to Aug 4 → 1.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Cozy jrpg
the graphics absolutely pop and it scratches the itch for old school JRPG goodness
If you love old school JRPGs, then you will LOVE this game. First off the game is VERY VERY grindy. The main gameplay mechanic is the Vocation system where your 3 party members choose from 8 Classes (with 1 hidden) You either choose from premade companions, or make your own. after lvl 20+ they can change vocations which will revert them to lvl 1 but keeping all learned skills/spells and half of their stats. So while you have to re-lvl from 1 you always come back stronger. So if leveling a team then changing classes to re-level over and over again you may wanna skip this one. Story wise its pretty simple, you play the child of the great hero Ortega who went missing years ago. As the child of the chosen one its up to you to gather a team of adventurers and slay the big-bad of the monsters. What I feel is the weakest part of the story is that your party members have 0 personality. This is because they're create-a-characters and the only time any of them spoke was a joke scene having nothing to do with the main plot. Vocation wise you get alot of the RPG staples, warriors, healers, mages, and some wildcards like Gadabout (jesters who are made as kind of a joke class) and the new "monster wrangler" class added just for this game. Still i feel like some vocations are pointless in the end. Yes its fun having a mage and a priest, but eventually you can access "Sage" which has the same spells ad a mage AND priest, so why bother to not make them Sages or skip those vocations all together? The "personality" system was fine but again kinda meh. Each character gets a "Personality" which determines how their stats grow. Personalities can be changed by either equipping accessories/consumable book items, but personally I never saw the point to ever change. The hero's personality is chosen from a quiz at the beginning of the game and Create-a-characters get them when you make them. You can control what you get for any character (just look up a guide online) Still it was a fun journey. The limitations on the storytelling I attribute to it being on the NES originally. Not the best DQ game IMO but a good one. Still the normal price seems steep for a game like this, it is just a remake of an NES title. Most of your playtime is constant grinding so in reality the games pretty dang short. So just wait for a good sale to buy.
Fantastic game! Very old school, but with some wonderful modern improvements. Loved every minute of it.
