We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 29: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Another great entry in the series with excellent story and characters!
So ive played all the dragon age games. So far this one is great. Yes it has some woke agenda in it.. but if you look passed it, its a very fun game. Currently playing as a reaper build and just deleting enemies and dragons 20 lvls higher. Do get it if on its on sale. Paying full price is a bit to much. Definitely a great 40$ in my opinion.
Veilguard is always gonna be one of those "the internet said it's bad so you can't like it now" kind of things and like most widly hated forms of medias, while a lot of criticims are valid; most conversation about this game will always be in bad faith which is a shame because there's a lot to love. To get it out of the way the game's biggest weakness is by far the decision to ignore 98% of all the previous game's choices which h u r t s the narrative more then any """"cringe writing"""" and while Veilguard does it's best to lampshade and move past major elements and it works most of the time, it suck's ass knowing every big and personal decision you've ever made means nothing, Morrigan popping up in the early game as a vauge blank slate version of herself for example is a real bummer given all the impact you make on her as a character in previous games. All that said i still think it's a great game once you get used to this, with combat that is by far the best it's ever been and IMO some of the most fun i've had in an action fantasy game, it's the first Dragon Age i've played mainly for the gameplay. The main story, character's and writing are still great too, yes it's not the shining gold star of the old dragon age games but it's still distinctly bioware with an engacing storyline and loveable interesting companions and characters (Rook with a northen english accent is a personal highlight) and i was impressed with the consequences my choices had throughout the game too. If you love Dragon Age and can look past the more stand alone nature there's a lot to enjoy and i stand by it's worth playing, people will alway's hate this because it's the thing they're told to hate so make your own mind up by playing it. Espcially with how the gaming indurstry is the way it is, this may likely be the last Dragon Age we ever get, so i'll love what we have over nothing at all. (Finished on a console copy cause my PC shat itself running it)
I waited a long time for this game, did it meet all expectations of former Dragon Age fans? No, but is it still a fun game with amazing graphics and one of the best Dragfon Age fighting systems I played? Yes. Would recommend this to new and old Dragon Age fans who are just looking for a fun time in a Fantasy game.
While I got many hours into this game (because of the lack of single player RPG games I had access to recently), I've mixed feelings about recommending it. I recommend this game ONLY if you did not delve into the Dragon Age lore before, if you did not play and love the previous games. The playstyle is enjoyable, you can always switch it up on same or different playthroughs, so it could be more interesting. I really enjoyed the "bargaining builds", where you sacrificed some of your health for damage or that you can choose to do combo builds or ignore combos all together. And while I enjoyed playing melee with a mage, it was very strange lorewise... Previously you had to specialize your mage to do that, and Rook is just doing it, like that would be the most obvious thing to do. Regardless of origin. That's said - the story lacks everything. While the main story has potential, they handled it without any grace. The character interactions are pretty hollow most of the time and I definitely did not get my fix from this, as I did from the previous games. (My hours in this mean nothing. I had a lot more in the previous games.) They tore down most of the previously established Dragon Age lore, like a plaster. Entirely dismissing the involvement of the Chantry, even in places like Tevinter... It is all about elven gods ♥♥♥♥, only mentioning how the new info we found changes Chantry lore ONCE, as a side note. It was a nice idea from them to include the choice of Rook's origins, but the way they changed the discussions were not nearly enough. Half of the discourse is pretty unnatural and forced, and at the end of the story, the companions still feel like strangers - even if they tell you otherwise. And some of the scenes just cause me so much secondhand embarrassment that I don't want to be reminded of them. And... barely anything you did in the previous games mattered here. That was a huge letdown to be honest. Voice acting is terrible too, sometimes . As well as the fact that the game is an AAA production and two years after the release, the first time we meet the male Inquisitor with the tenor voice we STILL barely hear him, because the volume of his lines is STILL not equalized to the rest of the conversation. Even after so many hours in this - I have a personal beef with Bioware for this game. This could had been so much more than what it is today.
I'm really enjoying this game, It's not an open-world game "per se", but it still gives you plenty of freedom to explore its different areas within a more focused, corridor-like structure.. It reminds me of the great Mass Effect games, where you had some freedom to explore but were still always driven by the story. There's very little downtime where you can just wander around and lose track of what you're supposed to be doing, there aren't hundreds of pointless side quests, nor endless "FedEx" quests where you're just running from one NPC to another. You're always directed, in one way or another, toward some kind of objective, so I don't lose track of what I'm doing and end up getting bored! I don't really understand all the negativity surrounding this game. I don't particularly care about the so-called "woke" aspects of the game. Yeah, the dialogue sometimes lacks a bit of punch, and there's no real Paragon/Renegade-style choice system with meaningful consequences, but I'm happy with the writing overall. I love Rook's comebacks as well as the overall chemistry between the companions. They feel like an actual group rather than a bunch of characters you just happen to travel with. I really enjoy their interactions and the way they bounce off each other. It actually feels like a genuine continuation of the previous Dragon Age games, while tying their stories together surprisingly well. The combat is another thing I really enjoy. It manages to keep some of the DNA of the older Dragon Age games with the active-pause system, while offering a much more fluid and action-oriented gameplay. The skill trees are straightforward without being overly simplistic or ridiculously bloated, the combos are really satisfying, and the classes feel different enough from one another to make replaying the game genuinely appealing.
A história é envolvente e estou a divertir-me imenso. Recomendo!
