Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Its better than Dragon Age 2
I am gonna keep this short as it is quite late yet fresh in my mind.. Is this game perfect...No, Does it have flaws and at times bad writing and wonky character design, for sure. But even with all this. There is just something about the overarching story. The banter of the characters and the absolute adorablenes of Bellara that just won me over. I won't give away anything, but the ending had me in actual tears. Overall. It's a good game, not great, but definetivly better than alot of the AAA slop we have gotten recently *glares angrily at BF6* A solid 7.5/10 Some of the combat felt repetitive after a while, and the ladder placement/balance beams where annoying at times. Some minor changes to the Ui would also have been nice, such as. Not having to hold down action buttons to buy items. An easier time reaching the interactables like exploding jars with fire breath. A better tracking system for collected items like the three items for the secret ending, took me almost two hours to realise i already had them *smh* There are more, but none are fresh in my mind right now. So, i will leave you all with this. This game is good, it holds its title as an rpg quite well. I do wish the sliders where a bit more expresive, and that a rewrite of Tash could be implemented (she was very lackluster to me, but to each their own) XoXo Tutu

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 29: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

As a Dragon Age fan i was hoping with all my heart that this game would be good. It's not terrible, but there's really not much to it. Unfortunately, the game had a troubled development and it shows. From the story, the characters, the combat system and the level design, the game lacks depth. I wouldn't say it's the bare minimum for a AAA game, but it's not far from it and it pains me to say that. When you compare the characters with the ones from previous entries, as well as the dialogue choices and the impact our decisions had on the story in those games, there really is no comparison. It's a shame because after so many years and so much anticipation from both myself and DA fans, i expected something much more ambitious. 5/10 and i'm being a bit generous.
I'm an Origins die-hard and I adore this game, where I disliked DA2 and DAI. It is a return to Dark Fantasy where the character's team acts as the light in the darkness. DA2 and Inquisition were worse because they leaned into Heroic Fantasy. This is closer to Origins in the tone of its story and stakes, though not its companions. Its companions are charming (except for boring Davrin). They are adult enough to get into some fights and then put their beef aside when they don't agree because the stakes are too high for say, a Grey Warden to spend the entire game crying and throwing hissies about a "father figure" he knew for six months. Some of the terminology is a little modern, but that can be summed up to cultural differences between northern and southern Thedas. The changes to the darkspawn aren't completely welcome, but are explained well, while the primary enemies of the game bring big stakes and are enormous threats. Combat is actiony, but that's EA's fault, not BioWare's. I mean remember, this was gonna be an Overwatch style game--talk about tone deaf. BioWare made the game they were told to make, and for that kind of game, it is very, very good. I love this game. Haters gonna hate, and there's no bigger hater than a fan. This game is fighting almost 20 years of nostalgia, but taken on its own merits, it is a strong, heartfelt dark-fantasy RPG. Origins is still the better game, but Veilguard is the first sequel that made Thedas feel alive to me again. No, this is not my dream Dragon Age. Yes, I miss playable origins and tactical combat. But I would rather have Veilguard’s dark world, environmental storytelling, and emotionally supportive party than Inquisition’s heroic-fantasy throne simulator and empty checklist maps.
im about 6 hours in and loving it so far. ill def update this review after like 30 hours in
i hate it so far ive uninstalled and might pick it back up later but it gives me an itch on the roof of my mouth that only 12ga can scratch.
Abram o coração de vocês para esse jogo! Muito bom, gráficos, gameplay, npcs, história. Aceitem e sejam felizes! Jogaço!
not best dragon age game but still good game
