We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.

Cricts are insane.. Game is dope!

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 29: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I want to love this game. I love Dragon age. It runs smooth, the graphics are nice. The writing so bad, and everyone is joking every 2 second like superhero films.Rooks personalitly is already decided it feels like. At 30 hours of playing, the story gets better.
Go Woke Go Broke!
O FINAL E UMA BOSTA
As a medieval fantasy game, it does fine, but it's horrible at being a Dragon Age game. The characters are supposedly the focus of this game, and both the plot points and dialogue feel more like a rough draft filled with generic phrases (eg. "family can be hard") rather than things the characters would say in the situations they're in. I have a lot of qualms with it, and found myself getting bored or frustrated rather than excited. Your previous games' choices feel like they don't matter at all, in a franchise where the focus is/should be on making those choices matter. Furthermore, this game's focus on northern Thedas (which I was excited for) simultaniously falls short (failing to truly discuss slavery in a game set in Tevinter is egregious and frustrating) AND comes at the expense of writing off all of the southern countries. Story-related qualms aside, the graphics are lovely, but so bloated that it's difficult to run on my computer for more than an hour at a time and before playing I often need to wait a long time for the shaders to compile which doesn't make playing very welcoming. I did enjoy having more interactive abilities with the terrain and the eluvian travel was a great way of handling quick travel! All of that said, I think it'd be foolish to fully blame the developers for the failures within this game considering that EA had pushed to make this an MMORPG against their concerns that people who play Dragon Age have no interest in them whatsoever. I suspect the developers had a much shorter timeframe to get this game ready to ship than they would have if they hadn't spent years preparing to make a MMO rather than single player.
It's really too bad the combat is that of a floaty, splashy action-RPG barely better than an AssCreed, with bolted-on rudimentary party management constantly interrupting what mediocre flow it may muster. The completion of Solas' arc is as fine a piece of mythic storytelling as games have ever seen. The narrative design is structurally quite impressive in how the companions' arcs dovetail with the main storyline — all the more so considering this project's years-long development hell. The Crossroads and Lighthouse are splendid, and the overarching graphical & environmental design makes each region distinct with a deftly artful style. The voice-acting is mostly excellent and the dialogue mostly good, despite the performance capture / lipsync / facial rigging being inferior to the Guerrilla / Insomniac standard. Even the choice & consequence aspect, admittedly threadbare through most of the plot aside from the one big Minrathous / Treviso decision, pays dividends in the endgame as well as any game has ever done. The open-minded characterizations play just fine, tantrums of reactionary chuds notwithstanding. It's a matter of some spiteful vindication on my part that the excuses execs have put forth ad nauseaum over the years for abandoning the crunchy, party-based tactics of Origins — that only by making derivative action-RPGs might they attract a large enough playerbase to justify development costs — were so thoroughly obliterated by the success of Baldur's Gate 3. If they'd had the good sense to commit to BioWare's original vision for Dragon Age's game mechanics, maybe Veilguard would have been a bigger hit. Instead, it's a mechanically second-rate also-ran in an overcrowded subgenre: an ill service to the artistry of its visual, sound, environment, and narrative design. The gryphon Assan is a joyful presence, and my favorite game beast to interact with since Hades' Cerberus. Manfred, too, is a delight: he joins my personal shortlist of best skellingtons, for sure.
What a disappointment!!! After waiting so long for this it turns out to be utterly stupid. It's pretty, but that's the only good thing I can say about it.
This game is simply unplayable on my gaming laptop with high end specs. Even with all the graphical settings set to the minimum. Somehow it manages to run smoothly on a XBox Ally X limited to 13 Watt....
