Fantastic action, fantastic performance on mid-weight gear. And a good time to be had maxing out character and weapon abilities. Not many games get my heart rate up to "go for a run" levels when tackling challenges (Runes). Nice and gory, with a well weighted difficulty curve. The only thing is, finding oppertunities to attain weapon upgrades means heading back into the past missions (Argent Facility Destroyed is a good one) so you've got access to fodder for the volume and speed kills.

[h1]Скука, скука и ещё раз скука[/h1] Абсолютно неинтересная и при этом бесконечная стрельба из оружия, которое на оружие-то не особо похоже, причём без какого-либо импакта. Игра хочет быть динамичной, но никакой динамикой тут и не пахнет, если вы, конечно, не скипаете все секретки, записки и т. д. При этом темп игры ещё сильнее сбивают бесконечные добивания. Я пробовал пройти её несколько раз, но меня хватает буквально на пару уровней этой душнины. Может быть, в 1993 году, когда эту формулу только придумали, она и вызывала какие-то эмоции, но три десятилетия спустя подобный геймплей уже не впечатляет и вызывает только скуку. Мне всегда твердили, что DOOM - величайший шутер всех времён. Bit of a contrarian opinion here, but the game's quite boring. OG Doom games had more presence and eeriely unsettling tones, this one just goes BRRRRR (and does it relatively well, but that's hardly merit in my book).

rip and tear

my god this is such a good game, what i like about this game the most is its pacing it starts off slow but by the end it become so fast paced that you are constantly switching your gear. i have just completed the story but i can see that it has unlimited replay value because of the combat and other difficulties. a very good game and a must buy.
