DOOM Eternal

10/10 I loved DOOM 2016 are replayed it about 3 times. I watched the gameplay videos of DOOM Eternal and i dident like the changes they had made. But after playing it (now 10years later) i now get it. OMG this is incredibly high octane action that keeps you on the edge of your seat. It always feels fresh in every encounter. It requires you to carefully plan every move you make. I still think DOOM 2016 tops this game but not by much and its actually really cool that the studio choses to do something new and not just stick to the old proven formula. What i like about the direction of Doom Eternal specifically is that they made the design i little bit more playful and less horror oriented compared to DOOM 2016. While still feeling very much like a Doom game.

the game is good but its kind of overrated, the reason why im saying its overrated is the combat loop is too forced in the gameplay you are forced to chainsaw an imp every 30 sec for ammo and flame bleach for armor every 30 seconds as well, this combat loop gets kinda boring after a while its just arena after arena which gets boring after a while, the game is also too linear i wish it was more non linear like doom 1993 or doom ii hell on earth, but the game is still pretty good the super shotgun is amazing and the sound track as well, would still recommend it tho, but its not as good as doom 2016 or doom 1993

While the game can feel overwhelming due to the sheer amount of abilities, speed, movement tech, weapons, and other mechanics that you can use/remember, it does kick ass. It's worth it to figure out what level of difficulty suits you so that you can just get into the groove of ripping and tearing, and enjoy the ride it presents to you.

What else is there to say besides DOOM! ... there is noting else as satisfying as playing this game, and it just keeps giving after so many YEARS and i have been playing for YEARS! best investment i have ever made in my life is to be a FAN of this game. that is 100% a 666 from Me! long live the Doomguy!
