Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 18.43/day in the week to Jul 30 → 27.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 20: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

This is not Doom, this a Donkey Kong Goes To Hell simulator.
It's just not hitting it for me. It feels more like an ammo management simulator than Doom. The most disapointing thing was making his punch worthless. It was actually a viable weapon in Doom 2016, in Eternal it literally does 1 point of damage (unless you built up glory kills but that's beside the point) It doesn't hit for me like Doom did. It's missing that feel of power and destruction, as if their only way to make the game harder was by giving you less ammo. Perhaps it gets better, but 4 hours in and I'm not looking forward to it, unlike in Doom 2016 where I couldn't quit playing.

I pray Id Software manages to get through these tough times. Its heartbreaking to see all these good people get tossed aside thanks to their abhorrent owners. Godspeed, Id Microsoft can go to hell and stay there
Didn't care for the platforming
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **DOOM Eternal — an insanely fast-paced and incredibly satisfying shooter!** DOOM Eternal is the kind of game that constantly pushes you to move, attack, and think on the fly. The combat is extremely fast, intense, and incredibly satisfying. I especially enjoyed the variety of weapons and demons. Every weapon has its purpose, and using the right arsenal at the right time allows you to create some really satisfying combinations. Runes, weapon modifications, and upgrades add even more depth to the gameplay. ### ✅ Pros: • Extremely fast-paced gameplay. • Excellent gunplay and weapon feel. • Huge variety of weapons and upgrades. • Diverse and challenging enemies. • Epic boss fights. • Fantastic music and sound design. • Great visuals and atmosphere. • Interesting levels with platforming and secrets. • Good progression system. • High replayability. ### ❌ Cons: • Higher difficulty levels can be very challenging. • Some platforming sections can be frustrating at first. • New players may need some time to get used to the combat pace. • The number of enemies can sometimes feel overwhelming. However, these minor issues don't change the most important thing — **DOOM Eternal is incredibly fun to play**. The game constantly keeps you on your toes and never lets the action become boring. **One of the best modern FPS games. If you love fast-paced action, you absolutely need to try it. 10/10.**
