An experience for the DK1 in 2014 remastered for 2019 for Vive, Rift and WMR and TBH still feels like a VR experience for 2014. Should be free, but the asking price is cheap enough there's just not much to it and VR has left these experiences behind. Anyway see video for full review: https://youtu.be/MSvw4-Suqr4 It's a neutral review but since steam don't have them it's a not recommended but if you have some card money burning a hole in your Steamsters then give it a run.
-Boring -Bad Jump Scares -Charging money for this 0/5 This is a terrible experience, jumpscares are out of place, there's no way to lose, the game is badly made. Also I looked back so many times. a throw back to the begining of vr games. says it in the name. DONT LOOK BACK, at old dk1 titles. world scaling was wrong and you cant die. that makes the floating sculls not very scary. but for the price of a mcdonalds cheese burger its an ok novalty.
This game was dull and unremarkable to play. I only made it 17 minutes because I was streaming it to a friend and we were poking fun at it. I'm remarking on it now because apparently it left a 2.2 gigabyte error log on my drive. For reference, the game is 164 meg or about 14 times smaller. The log is so full of useless, repeated exceptions that it compresses (7-zip, ultra) to a mere 350 kilobytes, for a compression ratio of 6718 to 1. All of this is more interesting than the game. The game's dreadful. Here's a mere sample of the useless garbage you could be clogging up your hard drive with if you inflict this game upon yourself. A game, which, it bears repeating, is awful. It's worse than a DigiPen student project and costs $2 more.
