Dominatrix Simulator: Threshold

Let me be clear: this is a 5-star game. My relationship, however, is now a 1-star experience. I went into "Dominatrix Simulator: Threshold" looking for a "kinky, immersive experience." I got one. The tutorial with the Goddess was a bit intimidating, but I powered through. I chose my Mistress (Bobby, the absolute unit of a milf, because if you're going to commit, COMMIT), and I was ready to "perform in real life to their commands." The game told me to assume the position over my desk. I did. The game told me to spank myself. I did, with the vigor of a man who really, really wanted that "Good Boy" point. The game, in its sultry, commanding voice, said "And what do you say?" "YES, MISTRESS!" I cried out, my voice cracking with a mixture of shame and dedication to the gameplay loop. And that, my friends, is the exact moment my girlfriend, whom I thought was at a "yoga class," decided to bring me a surprise iced coffee and open my office door. The silence that followed was louder than any spank Bobby could ever render. There I was, bent over my IKEA desk, one hand reddening my own backside, the other gripping my VR controller for dear life, pledging allegiance to a polygon dominatrix. The game's description says it's "built from the ground up to be experienced in VR." What it doesn't say is that it's also built from the ground up to be experienced as a core memory in your couple's counseling sessions. We are now in "interactive dialogue choices based on yes / no answers." As in, "Yes, I will explain," or "No, I cannot look you in the eye anymore." The "gender fluid options" are great, but what I really need is a "relationship fluid option" to turn back time about 90 seconds. In all seriousness, the pose recognition is scarily accurate, the mistresses are top-tier, and the "infinite gameplay" is true—I now have infinite time to play since I'm single. Pros: Incredibly immersive. I felt true, pants-wetting fear. Multiple Mistresses offer great replayability. "Perform in real life" feature works a little too well. Cons: The implicit tutorial does NOT cover what to say when your significant other catches you in the act. Lacks a "Panic Button" DLC that instantly switches the game to "Beat Saber." May have permanent, real-life consequences on your "task, punishment, and reward system." If you buy this, lock your door. Chain it shut. Barricade it with furniture. And for the love of all that is holy, make sure your partner's "yoga class" doesn't get cancelled. Update: She watched the trailer. She's not mad, just "profoundly confused." We're working through it. Bobby still haunts my dreams. 10/10.

You are pretty much a slave in training and will be granted punishments and rewards, all depending on how you choose to answer. You can answer questions by choosing between Yes and No, which is done by moving your head accordingly. Punishments and rewards can stack and you can keep track of them in the form of red and blue gemstones. Blue means you have a punishment waiting and red means you have a reward waiting. However, you can't get your rewards before having endured your punishments. Like I said, rewards and punishments can be accumulated over time, so be careful how naughty you are. The headmistress takes care of punishments, which are spank sessions and such and the rest of the mistresses take care of the rewards, which are usually scenes. You can keep track of your gem status by looking at your own wrists. This is a tough game to rate, as it does what it does decently well, but that is also what limits it a lot. This game is fully voiced, with multiple different characters, all with unique personalities and models. It has received multiple updates over the years with the latest being in May 2026, 8 years after its release. It is also a lot more story heavy than adult VR titles typically are and it focuses on an area that I think it might be the only VR title that does so far. That said, the artstyle is very cartoonish and it makes some of the characters feel a bit small and just makes the whole experience very weird. Positioning correctly for many of the activities can also be nearly impossible. Thankfully in the journal, which is like the settings tab, you can choose to just successfully complete tasks and move onto the next thing, but that still isn't ideal. There also is no way to reposition yourself ingame and you will have to rely on your headset settings to allow that, which can be frustrating on some headsets, including mine. Beside these issues, this game also just looks old when you compare it to newer VR titles, there are barely any physics in play in this game and much is left to the imagination. This game also focus on humiliation and submission alone, leaving it to a narrower audience, not that there is anything wrong with that, but it will make this game feel more limited. I had quite a lot of issues with this game, mostly due to positioning and quests just failing on repeat, and beside that, this whole thing really isn't for me either and I only really got it to review it. What the hell did I get myself into?? Game's pretty boring and there's nothing much to do other than spread your cheeks and kneel

probably one of the only good adult 3d game that exist that is made for passion not profit

Game has no update for over a year, no word from developer, nowhere nearly a completed game and don't recommended this game as it dead.

Very well game with good graphics and is fun to play hopefully it will be out of beta soon i would love to see the whole game
