Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 33.29/day in the week to Aug 27 → 19.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Dokimon takes inspiration from the GameBoy Color era of games, without the chunkiness of some of those old systems. (Like, the game's systems... not the consoles — we love those.)

Explore several routes, caves, shrines, seas, and mountains
Complete a 15–20 hour story mode, with endless post-game content for completionists

Dokimon Quest was made in MonTamer Maker (MonMae, also known as Luna), a platform/engine built specifically for making monster tamer games. The engine keeps growing thanks to its devs and community — so making new Dokimon Quest (and similar) titles is within arm's reach, even for you.
"Watch out!" "You almost just got singed by a Burnsby!! Didn't you know? They may be cute and cuddly, but they hide amongst plush animals, and strike out at unsuspecting prey. Their cute demeanor can quickly send you on a trip to the hospital!"

Professor Rei: "Oh, hey! I didn't see you there. I was practicing my lines for... err, nevermind."
"My name is Rei! I've made a bit of a name for myself as a Dokimon specialist. Ever since the Great Divide, I've made it my mission to thoroughly document Dokimon on Earth. Dokimon are extremely dangerous creatures, so studying them profusely helps ensure everyone's safety. You probably already knew that, though..."
"But anyway, what are you still doing here? Go play the game already!"

p.s. There is a Dokimon Wiki with information about all monsters, tips, guides, and more. If you're interested, check the Dokimon Quest Steam Community Hub, or search "Dokimon Wiki" in your favorite search engine.

Received for free via Steam giveaway. The game is a retro monster collecting experience, very reminiscent of Pokemon Red/Blue. The move animations are lacking, the game is a little unpolished in places, and lacks a bit of focus in areas, definitely comes across as more of a pet project that eventually grew and needed to progress and end. Regardless, there's love to be found in the game. Plenty of sprite work is great, the OST can come in either 8-bit or Piano, and it's not a rough time. Worth a play if cheap and you like monster collectors.
Gra bardzo przyjemna bo chodzisz i łapiesz potworki, które następnie levelujesz aleeee, strasznie trudno się połapać co robić dalej w fabule nawet jak czytasz dialogi, ale no fajna fajna :)

Really good game. Loved the game and the super boss.
Lovely little game. The art style is beautiful, monster designs are fun (though they could be more colorful), and it's short enough to not overstay its welcome. Normal difficulty is trivially easy, such that my monsters were often 5+ levels below the opponent and I had no trouble. If you're a Pokemon veteran, I'd suggest bumping the difficulty up. There are a few points where the game leaves you hanging on what to do next, at least one of which you will likely need a guide for (I sure did). I also wish the Elite Rangers (think Gym Leaders) had a bit more of a lead-up or dungeon associated with them. Overall I was pleasantly surprised and am looking forward to the sequel!
This game had a certain two-day 100% opportunity and I nabbed it like the greedy gremlin I am. Being honest, I probably feel guilty for not paying for this, because it is quite enjoyable. From the typing to the doki monster variety, it feels quality in how it builds upon itself, with iteration after iteration of battling and world exploration. Takes the monster catching game architype, makes it retro yet stylish, adds unique twists, and gives plenty of freedom and opportunities to mesh however you feel. Story and characters take a more dynamic turn, and while I cannot say I have experienced all of the game (yet), I definitely had fun with it. That said, I am astonished how few people have apparently gotten certain achievements that don't really feel that hard to get. As someone who reached certain achievements well before I should have, I'm a bit disappointed in others for their lack of achievement hunting. Edit: Yeah I feel why now. Evolution achievements were grindy and a certain capsal achievement left me feeling disgusted. Least it gave me 100% achievements, worst achievement by a mile and that's including the post-game shenanigans.
English
Another Pokemon copy, my positive rating is due to the fact that I was looking for something of the genre to play and came across this game being offered for free on Steam. We can see that the developer really put some care into the game, but there is still a lot of quality of life missing, such as: - It is not possible to use items during combat. - There is an absurd lack of items in the game, in which items that cure the creatures' poisoning and burning conditions are greatly missed, constantly forcing you to return to some city for treatment at the center. - After the victory, the combat takes a while to end. It may seem crazy since it is only a matter of seconds, but throughout the entire game you are in combat, and at some point it becomes tiring to wait. - Improve the movement speed in the scenario, considering that the ability to fly is only unlocked at the end of the game. - The ease of missing the attack near the end is enormous.
Fun game, reminds me when playing pokemon games in GBA
A nice addition to the monster taming genre, it's fun and the story is pretty good.
