Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 33.29/day in the week to Aug 27 → 19.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Battle against Rangers who are also on the quest to get stronger, and take down evil corporations that stand in your way and disrupt the peace.

Dokimon takes inspiration from the GameBoy Color era of games, without the chunkiness of some of those old systems. (Like, the game's systems... not the consoles — we love those.)

Explore an adventure spanning 15+ towns
Explore several routes, caves, shrines, seas, and mountains
Complete a 15–20 hour story mode, with endless post-game content for completionists
Track down rare monsters to unlock the game's post-story
Experience 7 alt-palettes for each monster (1 of which is incredibly rare)

Dokimon Quest was made in MonTamer Maker (MonMae, also known as Luna), a platform/engine built specifically for making monster tamer games. The engine keeps growing thanks to its devs and community — so making new Dokimon Quest (and similar) titles is within arm's reach, even for you.
"Watch out!" "You almost just got singed by a Burnsby!! Didn't you know? They may be cute and cuddly, but they hide amongst plush animals, and strike out at unsuspecting prey. Their cute demeanor can quickly send you on a trip to the hospital!"

Professor Rei: "Oh, hey! I didn't see you there. I was practicing my lines for... err, nevermind."
"My name is Rei! I've made a bit of a name for myself as a Dokimon specialist. Ever since the Great Divide, I've made it my mission to thoroughly document Dokimon on Earth. Dokimon are extremely dangerous creatures, so studying them profusely helps ensure everyone's safety. You probably already knew that, though..."
"But anyway, what are you still doing here? Go play the game already!"

p.s. There is a Dokimon Wiki with information about all monsters, tips, guides, and more. If you're interested, check the Dokimon Quest Steam Community Hub, or search "Dokimon Wiki" in your favorite search engine.

good game but isnt very clear abt where u need to go but really fun and catchy, great Pokimon alternative if u dont own a nintendo console or simply you are to lazy to emulate the games!

I got this when it was free, but I gotta be honest, with the stuff that I played the artistic idea is very good and the aesthetic is super cool, but the code for this game is a mess... There are tons of issues with controls, text, battling, etc. If you can excuse the low quality and the large number of bugs in the game, then yeah, go for it, but I couldn't stand to play this anymore :(
A GBC inspired monster tamer made by a small team (or maybe one developer). I picked it up on sale with the DLC, but I have not communicated with the developer, I chose this game when Steam presented it during the sale. Mechanics are slightly different from similar games I have played, it rewards some ui exploration with the ability to change moveset flexibly. I believe there is the ability to assign (some?) stats earned on level up (I haven't bothered with this yet, on normal). There is a type strength/weakness chart that I have been vibing my way through, but it is not hard to find. I suggest that you explore the UI carefully early on, especially if you are wondering how to change movesets or if your Dokis (?) are falling behind the power curve. I find the Dokimon designs cute and varied. They are decently named. Gonna have to play (much) more to really get a feel for the design intention. At 12 hours in I am in the first major city, leveling up my small (less than half of the monsters) collection for the local challenge (playing on normal). Some of this is "collect one of each" and "training them all". This has been a good experience...
i havent finished the game but i looked at the reviews and i just wanna say some stuff dokimon is exactly what it sets out to be. it's not trying to be "the pokemon killer," it's not trying to be the next palworld, it is a developer's version of a series that they love (presumably.) the dialogue is funny, the designs are (mostly) good, the soundtrack is fine, and the pixel art varies between amazing and okay. it's an indie game. by a relatively new solo developer, no less. it has bad parts and good parts; the pixel art is hit and miss, there's some bugs sometimes, but none of it's too intrusive. if you're looking for things to criticize, you'll find them, and if you're looking for things to enjoy, you'll find them. is it worth the price as is? absolutely not, coromon or cassette beasts are better, but if you've played through those and you want something else, wait for this game to go on sale. (or buy monster capture king) it's a good game for someone like me who just wants to have fun and point at their monitor whenever swamblo pops up on screen. aka if you like pokemon. (if you don't like pokemon, definitely don't buy this)

Nella maggior parte delle lotte in doppio finirete per attaccare il mostro sbagliato nonostante la selezione corretta senza alcun apparente motivo;
Molti achievement vengono dati molto dopo rispetto a quando effettivamente ottenuti, oppure vengono dati facendo un azione diversa da quella descritta (P.S. devo ancora ricevere un achievement che ho già fatto dopo 4 ore di gioco dall'aver fatto l'azione indicata);
Il post game è malfunzionante, permettendo di accedervi quando non si hanno i requisiti ma rimanendo poi bloccati senza alcun modo di proseguire;
