Brilliant! Wish they could make Dishonored 3!
Okay so compared to the first game gameplay, scenery and graphics wise it's better in every way, way more stuff to do the city is more alive and the idea that you can play with emily or corvo is a great idea which changes dialogue and interactions with old and new characters, the premise is similar with a few differences which idk man a little more creativity was needed on that part, now for the missions i can say they are interesting and fun with the classic "do what you want to get to your goal" just like the first game. my only problem is that the game is too bright and happy compared to the first one. the whole point of the first game is that the kingdom was taken over by a dictator and the plague roaming the streets, in the second game except from the last mission which is pretty gloomy, the new location is very bright even if there is also a dictator that is basically sucking the wealth from that city which artistically doesn't make sense to me. but it's still a great game,i loved it and the new things it brought and it was quite a ride i loved watching the ending
I really enjoyed the Dishonored series, although I still haven’t finished Death of the Outsider. The first game remains my favorite. Of course, that’s a matter of personal taste, but the Victorian-inspired British architecture is far more aesthetically pleasing to me, and I also find the original game much darker in tone. That said, I have to admit that moving the sequel to a new setting was the right decision. The world feels vibrant, believable, and full of life. Just as he did with Half-Life 2, Viktor Antonov created a truly memorable visual identity for Dishonored. The game also contains a few stylistic nods to Half-Life: some architectural elements resemble the industrial aesthetic of City 17, while the Tallboy is hard not to compare to the Strider. From a gameplay perspective, Dishonored 2 is a much bigger game. The levels are larger, you can now knock enemies unconscious from above, and the overall playtime has increased thanks to the option of completing the game as either of the two protagonists. The story is solid as well. There were, however, a couple of issues that I encountered during my playthrough: the audio and the optimization. I honestly couldn’t figure out what was wrong with the sound. Whenever I turned the camera away, conversations would become significantly quieter or disappear altogether. I checked both the in-game and Windows audio settings but couldn’t find a solution. Could this be related to the FOV? The optimization was disappointing too. Even on High and Ultra settings, the game wasn’t delivering the frame rates I expected from a 2016 title running on my hardware. Is it still worth buying today? Absolutely. Dishonored 2 is one of the most stylish immersive sims I’ve ever played.
Great infiltration simulation game
Muy entretenido, muchas habilidades nuevas.
Ну чето-чето
still very good, quite similar to the first one but with more « complex » mechanisms, haven’t finished it yet but really like it so far
