Pretty amazing. Would love to see more realistic graphics, but the experience of flying around all solar system objects is pretty great. The HUD and UI could use some work as well, so is the dead-voice of a robot, reading Wikipedia pages.
For the price, this is an excellent game, really gives you an amazing sense of scale and wonder. The graphics on the steam version are for some reason much better than the one in the oculus store. I played this on oculus rift and it definitely feels like theres no support. I'd love to see some updates, especially since all the narrations aren't there yet.
No planets visible on the Valve Index. Too bad, since it is really a nice sim on the Rift-S.
Couple of tings to note. Devs have done a dissappearing act. For quite some time too. There are some issues. oculus controls seem a little wierd. It works, just wierdly. It's a quality of life issue. Nothing gamebreaking. Some people have reported strange bugs, such as planets not rendering. I don't have this issue tho. Distances between planets are not accurate, for gameplay purposes. This isn't as big an issue as you'd tink. That aside, this is one of the best VR demos out there. Flying around the solar system at super luminal speeds is amazing. Fly inside any planets' atmosphere, including the gas giant clouds of Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune and Uranus. Even fly inside the sun. This is both scary asf and incredible. You'll want to use the warp gates to get to other planets as it is much quicker that normal space. I LOVE the warp gates. The effect is is breath taking. This is a MUST buy.
Pretty good on oculus rift. Strongly recommend. There are many features yet to complete but this game has great potential. We need more people to buy this game so that the developer can have funds to complete the game.
完全看不到星球,貌似看国外的评论是说vive第一款可以看,pro看不了。呵呵了
No planets or moons are visible on Valve Index. When touring there are several narrators talking over each other. Once you've selected tour mode there appears to be no way to get back to the main menu and select free flight instead. I had high hopes for this game based on the reviews, unfortunately I had to request a refund as all I can do is sit in a spaceship and look at a starry background.
Quite possibly everything I expected with what was advertised. Amazing graphics and realistic speed. Only complaint is that the controls are a bit messed up on the rift when it comes to pushing the control panel. 8/10
Having just invested in an Occulus Rift, this is the first game I have bought and it's a really great way to experience VR, soaring across Mars, and as you bank left or right you feel like you are physically. NIce app with reasonably simple controls (once you get used to them). Great value for money.
