This is THE definitive bondage JRPG. It has all the hallmarks of a good JRPG: large world, good story, and lovable characters. Add to this a plethora of tasteful non-nude bondage, and it makes for a game that is as wholesome as it is delightfully perverted. The game has a medium slow story pace, and a fine combat and bondage escape system. It doesn't feature nudity (without mods) or sex. Also none of the core cast is an open and enthusiastic rope bunny, so consensual bondage is rare.

this game has a good story to be told with a lot of things to do and I enjoy playing this game for those reasons.

Despite its bondage theme this is actually a very cute and wholesome RPG. Good cast of party members with well made character arcs. Good enemy variety. Lots of optional equipment, skills and bosses sprinkled through the game. Extra costumes aren't merely fanservice they change the stats and active skills of the characters. Sort of equivalent to a reclass in other RPGs. There is a whole minigame about escaping bondage that's pretty complex and fun. There is no nudity or sex, the game very specifically caters to damsel in distress fans. But there are mods if you want that. Very enjoyable and recomendable. I read the changelog and the devs kept updating and adding free content years after release. Very admirable.

A beautifully written story with real living characters in whom you can feel the soul put into the developers. Beautiful musical accompaniment perfectly complements the story. Good and interesting quests. I highly recommend it. 50 hours of gameplay if you complete all side quests
