It’s Time to Duel!
Playing RPG Maker games is similar to playing the lottery. More often than not, you find lackluster games that are neither good nor bad but, sometimes, you spot a hidden gem that has a great story or innovative gameplay. Dickdown Duel is one of the latter and a fun game to boot. Gameplay-wise it's closer to games like Magic: The Gathering and Yu-Gi-Oh than card battlers such as Last Evil. Each player starts with 40 HP and some mana crystals you use to play cards and defeat your opponent. Moreover, there are different ways to win aside from reducing your opponent's HP to 0. You can make them orgasm a lot so they can't move anymore; tickle them until you can summon some tentacles on them or strip them and screw them in the mating press position. It also has a solid deck-building system. You can build up to 3 decks using the many different cards available and adapt them to your opponent's playstyle as well as the winning condition you're aiming for. That way, you can build a deck where you draw cards quickly or one with plenty of healing cards depending on what you need. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2757048497 Like in every game made by Azurezero, the art is pretty. The characters and unlockable pictures are beautiful, and the sex scenes are nicely done. Also, the game features both original characters and ones from the dev's previous games like Kate, Sylphy, and Nat. As for the soundtrack, most tracks are the default ones in the engine, but it also includes an original and very catchy EDM track that plays on the title screen and duels. All in all, I enjoyed playing Dickdown Duel. It's equally fun and challenging, plus the quality of its art makes it even better. Check it out if you're a fan of card games with some deck building, and you're not looking for something very complex. You'll like it. I think this game has a lot of potential I love these indy games. But man this one crashes, a lot.... Going to watch this one for updates, because the system is fun, but I hate losing to crashes.

UPDATE: I still recommend the game but it's certainly a gamble bug-wise. I'd feel different about it if it had been released as EA. The art and gameplay are great, but it has too many bugs for an officially v1 released game. --------------------------------------------------------------- I like to try these indie-handcrafted games since I've had some really good surprises with some of them and this one's no exception. It features an original way of using RPG Maker, the card mechanics are engaging with enough complexity without being neither frustrating nor too easy. The art is also original and cute (and animated!). Definitely a game above the generic and mass-published RPG Maker H games. I think it may have room for extra content, I'd get a DLC if one comes available.
You know what? A game is good when, despite constant mysterious crashes, losing my progress, and the lack of QOL features like a speed up, bulk buying, and sorting your deck for duplicates, I still keep playing it. I bought this for the lewdness, stayed for the interesting, charming characters. There's some kinky stuff going on here but everyone's in for a good time and though I don't agree with the BDSM, the artist draws some EXCELLENT curvaceous, busty women having a damn good time. The TCG I could care less about. I enjoy a direct damage theme because causing a chain of high-damage attacks with synergies was the most fun. Unfortunately, the lewdness and the most reward comes from doing any of the 3 "non-standard victories". My issue with this is that the game is, for some reason, oddly grindy and heavy on the RNG without needing to be in the start. Booster packs are expensive, you don't know if you're going to get a good card, and you even have to buy several of the special lewd cards before you can start getting to the content. So, do you have patience? Do you like your girls THICC? Do you enjoy an interesting RPG maker game with a non-turn-based combat system that has interesting ideas, but suffers from a series of frustrating design decisions? Get this. It's cheaply priced, interesting, and though there are issues, I can easily see this improving in time.
I have no idea how to even play this game, and the game has no interest in telling me. No tutorial, no npcs that have anything useful (or interesting) to say. I'm sure there's a "fumbling around" joke to be had here, but I'm not going to put in more effort than the devs themselves did.
Make Chinese and English speaker feel at home: Bilingual Curator
I like this game a lot, but can still understand why the reviews are mixed. First if all, I dig the art style. In my personal tastes, Kate's bust is a little too much when she's standing idle, they sort of 'correct' this when she's in any other position so she doesn't look plain obese. That's just a minor gripe; all other girls are fine. What this game lacks is variety, despite doing the few things it does exceedingly well. The card game is well designed, has many victory conditions, many of which are lewd, and there are barely enough cards to make a few strategies, although the base kind of feels the same: Play healing, duplicate healing to stall, discard your hand to draw your victory condition, wait. The beginning of the game is hoping you can manage a win against little girls so you can win money to get packs. After that, it snowballs out of control when you have your duplicates and your healing and your tickle cards; you get tons of money for each win and before long you won't need money ever again. While it is a little frustrating to deal with the UI for deck-building, I can't do anything but commend how they fixed an RPG-maker game to allow card battles. That's impressive in itself. There are only four girls, and while it's understandably hard to make the animations for idle, for stripping, for each victory condition, and for the final scene, it still feels like too little. This game fulfills a fantasy of mine, which is strip card-battle games, so I can't help but love it, but can see why others may think otherwise.
Story
You, name customizable, are a Demon Duel player and one day at your favorite trading card shop you run into Nat and she tells you about an underground Demon Duel game. When you go to the location you find Nat playing a game and she's almost naked. After the game Nat tells you that this is a lewd version of the game.
Gameplay
The game control are wonky. Sometimes you can use the mouse, sometimes you are forced to use the keyboard, no excuse for this. Once you're able to figure out the controls you need to use and where you need to use them you'll be able to play the game with less frustration. You get 75 pounds if you win the game. You get an additional 100 pounds from the audience if you win the game using the Tickle cards, plus an additional random amount after you collect your 75 pounds. In addition to the card game you there is a blackjack mini game where you can win more money for cards. The blackjack version is a very basic game, no splitting or doubling down. The bugs I encountered were the game crashing after playing a while, about an hour of game play. No rhyme or reason, I had it switching areas, the best was trying to save. The first time I lost a couple of hours of game play. After that I started saving after I bought something or won a match. I highly recommend saving and saving often to protect yourself from this issue. The issue seems to be memory related and happens when the game is around 2GB of memory usage. There are four ways to win the lewd game, damage, tickle, orgasm, and mating press. In the beginning you will need to win by damage as the lewd cards will cost you 100 pounds each. After you get enough lewd cards you can start attempting to win in the lewd ways.
Final Verdict
I recommend this game. The card game is fun, once you get past the initial frustration of the controls. The scenes are very repetitive, if you've seen one you've seen most of them.
