Super fun to play, whilst still offering a real challenge. Lots and lots of in-game lore and abilities to explore, which I'm looking forward to finding more about as I play. I must say I've not been a fan of many Rogue-lite/likes in the past but I can already see this being an amazing introduction to the genre
I play a lot of indie roguelites and this is definitely one of the better ones. Lots of enemy variety, great soundtrack, a bunch of mechanics that all feel quite significant to the gameplay, and just enough feeling of powertripping when you get a good run going. Though equi tea should probably be nerfed lol. Every run so far has also felt pretty different depending on what relics and character you start with or get, which is something that not many roguelites get right and helps a lot with replayability. Tis a good game.
its rare that I pick up a game with very few steam reviews. I am really glad I did though I am a big rogue like fan played a ton and this one is a nice one with a fun rng twist. honestly for the price its well worth it. is it rng heavy (absolutely) is there interesting combo's (yep) unlock able characters (of course) ill be honest im still early in the game and really havent found the talent cards all that useful yet but probably because I have not figured out the best time to use them
Extremely moreish and fun to play Rogue-lite/likes, I was supposed to stop 2 hours ago. Fun and goofy whilst a real challenge. I'm one FULL evening in and I haven't yet scratched the surface of all the levels, which I'm looking forward to finding more as I play - this will get a few more hours out of me for sure!!
rogue-lite with dice as the main mechanic, very fun
I absolutely love this game! The ability to change how you play, use dice with different effects, upgrade them, bless them and fight through different environments scratches my brain in just the right way! I 100% recommend this game, the game play is engaging and the soundtrack is amazing! :D
Loved the animations and easter eggs. Actually makes you think about how to strategise through the levels. Some of the mechanics took a while to figure out but make a lot of sense after playing through for a while.
Super fun rougelike which brings back memories of slay the spire. Definitely challenging but managed to progress as I kept coming back for more after every run. Fun areas, great animations, retro music and a lot of replay-ability in the different strategies means this is one I'll likely come back to a lot.
A decent game
A solid roguelike "dicebuilder" with unique art and an absolutely fantastic soundtrack. Combat mechanics are simple to understand for those familiar with the genre, but have a good deal of depth and synergies to keep it engaging. Also incredibly difficult, a strong recommend for those who are up to the challenge.
