Diamond Caves

One of my favorite video game of all time, it's just so addicting and fun to play !

Ein echt guter Klassiker. Steuerung ist einfach, Einstieg ist gut aber nach ner Zeit kommen auch echte Kopfnüsse. Durch den Editor ist für endlossen Nachschub gesorgt. Layout ist zwar einfach gemacht aber bei diesem Spiel ist es nicht schlimm.

Gra Diamond Caves to powrót do jednej z lepszych gier z czasów Commodore 64, która nazywała się Boulder Dash. Nadal to właśnie pierwowzór jest dla mnie niedoścignionym ideałem jeśli chodzi o grywalność, ale tutaj również jest dobrze. Poziomy różnią się od siebie wyglądem i budową. Na niektórych wystarczy zebrać wszystkie diamenty, ale inne plansze będą obfitowały w pułapki czy zagadki logiczne. Czasem też będzie trzeba wykazać się sprawnością, żeby uciec przed spadającym kamieniem. Zdecydowanie jest to produkcja, której nie wolno pominąć jeśli wspominamy starsze gry.

The game is good, but Rock & Diamonds is better, free, and seems to have more effort put into it. I have two main gripes with Diamond Caves : its hideous user interface and the infuriating "involuntary double boulder push" that makes certain puzzles requiring speed and precision feel like a coin toss. There should be a short delay after pushing a boulder to avoid that. It almost never happened to me in the original Emerald Mine games.

Nostalgique du jeu boulder dash, on retrouve ici tout ceux que ce jeu 8bits des années 80 nous faisais comme effet. Certain niveau simple, d'autre moins, permet de jouer pendant des heures à ce jeu. L'éditeur de niveau permet a chacun de créer des niveaux et de pouvoir les partager rendant une durée de vie quasi illimité ;) Je conseil ;)

Świetna gierka logiczna. Bardzo fajny klon mojej ulubionej gry z czasów Commodore 64 - Boulder Dasha. Jest tutaj możliwość grania we dwie osoby, ale także wbudowany jest edytor jaskiń.

Me and my whole family have played Diamond Caves for years. We all originally played Emerald Mines on an Amiga. Love the game, although some levels can drive you crazy. On this Steam version, i cannot figure out how the editor works. I can load and see the level, and can test play the level while in edit mode but haven't figured out how to make an edit.
