This is light and easy to play yet can be hard to master. The irritating part is the server connection, sometimes it is smooth, yet others kept DC all the times. very frustrating.

The developers have dropped the steam version. They are now focusing on a free mobile version because that's more profitable. We were tricked by the developers. They threw away their conscience for money
In a weird twist... We are going to do the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly, but in reverse. Why? Because you need to know the negatives first as they can outweigh the good! But hang in there, read on until the end, because I will say up front this game is worth it. The Ugly: 1. The translations are bad. Like we are talking words are misspelled, spelled differently, context is a bit all over the place. While the words are indeed mostly English, it will make you feel like you have a college degree in English Lit while trying to decipher some things. 2. Piggy-backing off the translation issues, gaming terminology can be a bit off. You will figure it out as you go, rest easy on that, but first glance will have you tilting your head and trying to process it all. Little Tip: Read the card twice. If you think you got it... Read it again. 3. While I didn't see it there, this game has a terrifying vibe of future monetization. But! As I said, that is just a vibe. I have played 5 hours and earned 754 of the Magic Crystals (Or Cristols, or Crastals, they vary here and there depending when you see the term! Seriously, the first issue is ugly!) so as long as they don't reduce this or sell Crystal Packs... You can discount this concern. The Bad: 1. I hated that I got forced into one deck to start. Having a little freedom with a couple of options would have been nice, but to their credit the opening deck does prepare you for the game. It helps you understand synergies, has a good curve, in general it was fine. So it is bad to only have one option, but lacking the option it was alright. 2. The A.I. will play their cards and take actions so fast that things will just happen. Not sure if there is a setting for that, but I more or less just rolled with it. If you are the sort that likes to understand everything that is happening, this is an issue. But, if you are like me, you will just adjust to the new board state and play on. 3. The game really, really, really needs to find a way to adjust what we get. Maybe I haven't played long enough, but I have seen the same cards come up frequently. Perhaps at higher difficulties the pool expands? No freaking idea. But I have gone through 4 full campaigns and saw the same rewards numerous times. The Good: 1. It is beautiful! The cards are pleasing to see, the random animations are fun... In general the game looks great! (If you ignore the text at times!) 2. There is a story! And frankly I have a lot more play throughs to see it to the end, but I am genuinely looking forward to it! 3. The game plays smooth, and the rules are easy to follow. The tutorial will show you how to play the game, and then it stops holding your hand. Thank goodness. All in all, this a a rough rough game, that is also surprisingly well polished and quite fun. The best way to describe it: You get struck in the head by a snowball in the middle of July, and it had something hard in it. While holding your bruised forehead you realize that there was a diamond in the snowball. You have a wicked bruise, you are cold in the middle of summer, and yet you feel richer for the experience. If this confused you, boy, you are going to love reading some of the cards.
