Cleaning Up!

It’s funny because I despise cleaning IRL but put a virtual broom in my hand, and I’ll clean your whole bloody house for free! Make it make sense >.< As much as I love this game, I was very hesitant to leave a positive review because of how short it was for the price tag. I previously completed it in 4 hours. But the devs heard the feedback, and just released a FREE update essentially doubling the available maps. The new maps are more complex and larger than the originals = more playtime/cleaning to tackle. YAY!!! This hands down has to be my favourite cleaning game because unlike many of the others out there, it is in third person. You clean your way through an array of cute and whimsy levels, unlocking a total of 5 cleaning tools. You earn cash to upgrade your tools and to customize your character (cause everyone knows you gotta tackle that grime in style, right?) There is a certain quirkiness and dark humour to the game that I appreciate. It’s a simple yet satisfying game, with no stress. There are penalties and objectives to some levels but you have the option to turn those off if the vibes are getting a bit too real hehe ;) With the updated content, this becomes an easy recommendation for people who enjoy the zen and meditative experience virtual cleaning offers.

A realllllllly fun game. I've played many cleaning games and this one is cute and unique. Highly recommend!

In Cleaning Up! you become a cleaning gig worker and use various tools to clean an apartment, museum, coffee shop, street, and more. There are 20 levels, and it is so satisfying to use the tools to clean each area. Some of the levels have extra tasks, from solving simple puzzles to completing specific objectives. Also, the Steam achievements add replayability as they encourage you to go back and get five stars for each level once you have unlocked all the tools. The game is on the shorter side because each level is a smaller area, and I was left wanting more. That said, the developers are planning on adding more levels in a free update. Overall, Cleaning Up! is a fun and satisfying cleaning game.

第一次打开游戏心里咯噔了一下，说实话看UI像二十年前的游戏，想说就这还要卖58？结果试着玩了一下发现出乎预料的好玩，而且是越玩越好玩，越往后的关卡越有趣！每关都很有新意，有很多正反馈会让人想继续玩下去，这次大更新的地图每块都很有意思，皮肤很可爱(宠物也很碍事)，成就解锁很友好，总之就是一款真正意义上有趣的解压小游戏，史低入手不亏，喜欢清洁游戏的快冲！

Do you think cleaning IRL is a chore? Try this game and you'll see what a chore is! Not only are the first levels just a tutorial (very long and boring) but your character regularly gets stuck for no reason. I can't finish dungeon 2 because it's impossible to finish a riddle worthy of a 10-year-old child. And that's not to mention the price which is very high for a game that finally looks like a phone game. Move on
