Fun, addicting, and sometimes frustrating. Demon's Tilt is one of the best pinball games I've played. The only real faults are: multiball is impossible to keep track of due to the table having 3 different areas... you basically have to spam the flippers during multiball and hope things are going well for the areas that you cannot see. For some reason the leaderboards only show scores up to a certain amount of points (around 2.1 billion). My high score is actually 2.7 billion, but the leaderboards don't reflect that. Maybe it's an effort to cut out cheaters? At the very least they should raise the score cap that leaderboards show to something like 10 billion. Now that I've gotten the highest possible score that the leaderboards will show, my motivation to keep playing is dwindling. There are a couple other modes I'm going to try though. When you first start playing the game it is a little hard to keep track of where the ball is, but after a while you get the hang of it. Oh and if you can't handle a lot of flashing lights then steer clear of this game. Overall Demon's Tilt is a very enjoyable pinball experience, had a blast during the 11 hours I've played so far. My rating is a very solid 9 out of 10.
I still haven't figured out all the intricacies of the table but it rocks
Underground gem for anyone who remotely enjoys pinball. Highly addictive, stylish and with a good amount of depth to motivate in the long term.
Probably my favorite modern pinball game of modern times! Absolute love letter to the classics like Devils Crash and Alien Crush. My only criticism of the game, is it needs an update to fix TATE mode saving properly in the settings. That part is a MESS!.. I really hope Wiznwar gives this one the love it deserves. TATE mode should not be broken on a game that excels so well when in TATE mode.
Fun and addictive. Nice video options to make it more or less visually wild. Find that high frame rate setting under experimental. I had to use special K for ultrawide to look right. One of my favorite pinball games. Excellent visuals.
A lot of fun and exactly what I was looking for! I love pinball games and have been playing them since my grade school days. To get a pinball video game right is a difficult task. You either lean too far into gimmicks that it doesn't feel like pinball or strip it down so much there's little left than launch and lose. This hits that perfect sweet spot. It takes full advantage of its special effects and practical pinball basics to make easily one of the best digital tables I've ever played. I used to play a gameboy title called Revenge of the Gator. Simple but had the same table layout of a top, middle, and lower playfield with portals to special stages. Not since that game was in my hands in the 90s have I felt anything as fun or creative, then Demon's Tilt came on my radar. It's a neoclassical game. Taking what was done in the past, repeating and adding onto it. If you like pinball and are looking for something new and exciting, this is it. 10/10
GAME GUD
Great throwback pinball videogame, makes good use of moving bullets to keep the natural chaos of physical pinball that a lot of videogame iterations often lack. Soundtrack is glorious. Menus and Leaderboards are clunky, and there is no way to make the multiballs on the main table feel readable even with the "experimental" settings.
A Wonderful mash up of pinball and video games.
Good balls to play with
