Pretty fun concept but it gets REALLY stale REALLY fast, it took me nearly a decade to come back and 100% it.
I love democracy
I got shot and killed by a parents group because I wasn't strict enough on gun laws. If that's not a metaphor for American politics, I don't know what is.
An interesting and novel spin on the political sim genre. Its strengths are its very strong user interface, and how satisfying it is to watch line go up. Its great weakness is in its balance. Some policies are good, others are bad. Some work better with others. Once you work it out, you realise there are really just a couple of smart ways to play, all of which are easy and straightforward to succeed with - anything else is a losing approach.
the game that made me learn to hate any form of govenment
