Finding the best route in each level is quite satisfying, and though thinking outside the box is made mandatory by the game mechanics, there are often multiple layers of cleverness. [*]Each level completion can be further refined by playing skillfully. Even if the levels are super short (a few seconds at most), most of them are extremely hard to complete [i]perfectly[/i]. Getting the best possible total time is a good incentive. [*]Permissive controls. You can press the jump key slightly before touching the ground and the character will jump. You need to chain inputs sometimes very quickly, but you never need to double-press a key within an impossible time window. [*]Crisp graphics. [*]Clean interface. This game has buttery smooth precision platforming. It's exactly as advertised, but keeps several mechanics hidden away as delightful surprises throughout The OST is bangin'. Stop reading this review and give it a go.

I realized I never left a review for this game, so here it is! This is one of those games that an avid speedrunner can truly enjoy, especially when you have nothing else to do at the moment. It's also perfect for players who love challenging puzzles ones that can push you to the brink of frustration but still feel rewarding. Is this a game for casual players? No. The phasing is tough, and you will fail multiple times. But I’ve spoken to the developer, and I know this game was made with passion and it’s well executed, too. 8/10. I recommend it, and I’ll keep coming back to this game whenever I feel lost in my usual games.

Amazing arcade style game, very challenging but simple.

The game is challenging and the levels are wonderfully bite-sized. Your aptitude for route planning (strategy) and execution (mechanics) will surely be tested. Had no issues with mouse and keyboard, and changing keybinds was seamless.

Really impressed by Death Unphased. On the surface, it's a fantastic puzzle-based precision platformer. But the puzzles are the game's own mechanics; puzzles are solves by working out how to exploit them and there's often multiple methods. And secret mechanics! Death Unphased is a superb precisison/puzzle platformer. It's all about cleverly abusing the mechanics on each level (also has "secret" mechanics!). It's tough but I really enjoyed it.
