About

Playing as a rich and dynamic character in the old west, you will be able to fully customize your attributes to fit your playstyle, such as Mixology, Seduction, and Sneakiness. You will manage your life as well as your saloon, such as maintaining your reputation and getting married. You will struggle with the effects of disease, aging, sanity, and addictions.
Provide travellers with a distinct drink parlour, gaining legendary stories to regale and build your legend. Interact with townspeople as they populate the town, forging friendships with blacksmiths, sheriffs, and preachers, romance prospective partners, or blackmail, abduct, and murder those who threaten you.
Build your saloon from the ground up. Expand the walls, build bordellos, opium dens, high stakes gambling rooms, and railed porches. Buy and place spittoons, tables, chairs, handcrafted bars, pianos, chandeliers, and diamond dust mirrors.
Thrive within a complex economy system, stockpiling booze, food, guns, and opium. Research a diverse array of drinks and foods to serve customers. Hire and manage staff from within the town populace, including barkeeps, cooks, servers, prostitutes, croupiers, pianists and bouncers. Help them reach their full potential, or fire and replace them with those more skilled.
Start with a strip of land and watch as a western town builds up around you, bringing in a myriad of citizens and businesses.
Face the forces of nature, meddlesome customers, firebrand Preachers, rival outlaw gangs, and much more. At some point, you will be tested by stronger and more formidable nemesis in longer event chains. Whatever you choose, you will face the consequences of your choices. The frontier is an unforgiving place.

Amazing game, i kinda like it, not many option to decorate or extend the tavern/saloon to much but overall this is a good game!
If you ever dreamed of living the life of Dolemite during the Wild Wild West, this game is for you! Booze, drugs and plenty of pimping to go around. Lie, cheat and steal your way into the hearts of the townsfolk, and take out those that oppose! Interesting "friendship" mechanics' success or failures can be the difference between the lowest prices on goods in town, and a sinking Saloon. Arm up your posse, as the inevitable gangs and bandits come to take their cut. While decor/furniture selection may be a bit limited, you have everything you need available to put old Vegas to shame. If you enjoy games like Pizza Syndacate, you'll have a good time. *NOT a game for children*
Стоящая внимания игра, особенно, если вы фанат менеджмента и старого запада.
Gave it a fair chance, uh, it sucks. All of it. It's so easy its almost an idle game. 20$ is ridiculous, considering how trivial it is to basically win, because you genuinely have to try to lose past a certain point. Maybe 5$ for this, considering the overwhelming slog. Key maps don't save whenever you boot the game up too, whoever was the leading team behind this game needs to close itself down.

Super
Deadwater Saloon is an ambitious management and role-playing hybrid developed by Tanglefoot Games and Creative Storm Entertainment, and published by CreativeForge Games alongside PlayWay S.A.. Set in a harsh and morally flexible Wild West frontier, the game places you in charge of building, running, and ultimately shaping the reputation of a saloon that can become anything from a respectable social hub to a lawless den of vice. Rather than focusing purely on numbers and efficiency, the game leans heavily into atmosphere and personal choice, framing the saloon not just as a business but as a living extension of your character’s identity and ethics. The experience begins with character creation, where personal attributes directly influence how the game unfolds. Skills tied to persuasion, crafting, combat, and social manipulation affect everything from drink quality and customer satisfaction to how effectively you navigate conflicts and relationships in town. This RPG-like layer gives the simulation a personal angle, making success feel tied not just to optimal layouts or profit margins, but to who your character is and how they operate in a volatile frontier society. Your reputation develops organically, shaped by choices that can earn respect, fear, or outright hostility from the surrounding population. Running the saloon itself is the core of the experience and where the game shows both its strengths and its rough edges. Construction and expansion allow for a surprising amount of freedom, letting you design interiors, add specialized rooms, and decide how extravagant or seedy your establishment becomes. Gambling tables, entertainment spaces, and more illicit additions all affect the kind of clientele you attract. Balancing supply chains, alcohol production, food preparation, and pricing becomes an ongoing challenge, especially early on when resources are scarce and mistakes can quickly snowball into financial trouble. The systems are deep, but often intentionally opaque, pushing players to learn through experimentation rather than clear tutorials. Staff management adds another demanding layer, as employees each bring unique traits, skills, and problems. Hiring bartenders, cooks, entertainers, guards, and other specialists is essential for growth, but every worker represents both an investment and a potential liability. Fatigue, illness, morale, and personal vices can all interfere with smooth operation, forcing you to make hard decisions about loyalty versus efficiency. Unexpected events such as brawls, fires, moral crusades, or criminal interference can disrupt even well-run operations, reinforcing the sense that life on the frontier is unpredictable and rarely fair. What distinguishes Deadwater Saloon from more conventional management sims is its integration with the wider town. The settlement grows alongside your business, and your actions influence local politics, economics, and social dynamics. Relationships with sheriffs, preachers, traders, and rivals can open new opportunities or spark long-term conflicts. The game allows for romance, alliances, betrayal, and even outright criminal behavior, giving it a strong emergent storytelling quality. These interactions help create memorable moments where success or failure feels narratively earned rather than mechanically scripted. Visually and technically, the game is serviceable rather than polished. The presentation effectively conveys the gritty Western atmosphere, but animations, interface clarity, and overall responsiveness can feel rough, particularly during busy management phases. Some systems lack clear feedback, which can make setbacks feel confusing rather than instructive. This uneven polish contributes to the game’s mixed reception, as players who enjoy dense sandbox simulations may embrace the chaos, while others may struggle with the learning curve and lack of refinement. Ultimately, Deadwater Saloon is a game defined by its ambition. It attempts to merge deep management, role-playing, and emergent narrative within a setting that thrives on moral ambiguity and instability. While it does not always succeed in balancing complexity with clarity, it offers a distinctive experience for players willing to invest time and patience. For fans of simulation games who enjoy experimentation, storytelling through systems, and the freedom to carve out a personal path in a hostile world, it provides a compelling and often memorable journey through the dust, danger, and opportunity of the Wild West. Rating: 6/10
It is an UHMAZING game, it kinda gave me a struggle in the early game because I had to live everyday with debt... but who hasn't had a total of $1500 debt in their life, am I right? Right? No? Okay. It's like one of those games you once played on your keypad phone where you just build and build and see how your wealth either accumulate or you're forced to do pr0stitution to feed your dog, cat, horse and your wife because you have $1500 debt. hahahaha... On the topic of wife, it is so easy to cheat on my wife who I only had to woe thrice or quince, romance then propose. I basically had no interaction with whats-her-name (Bertha, her names Bertha and she's the richest unemployed food addict in town) after that. I'd love if I can interact with my wife more so I could stop forgetting about her and stop sleeping with the travelling opera woman—or really every woman I land my eyes on.
