Такие игры НЕ ДОЛЖНЫ ПРОДАВАТЬСЯ В STEAM! Техническое состояние у этой поделки худшее, что я видел за все 20 лет игрового опыта Из коробки игра вообще не работает: нужны фиксы на разрешение, на подключение геймпада, потом на починку геймпада (иначе правый стик будет развёрнут на 90 градусов - нажатие вверх двигает камеру вправо и т.д.), но игра всё равно будет долго загружаться (фикс на разрешение чинит графику, но делает долгие загрузки) и постоянно вылетать (примерно раз в час), сломанный звук во время езды так и не получилось починить - приходилось выключать звук во время поездок. Дошёл до второй главы и теперь игра наглухо зависает, все методы из интернета не помогают Помимо чисто технических проблем сама по себе игра очень всра*ая: у неё убогий открытый мир, который тут вообще не нужен, три саундтрека на всю игру (они приятные, но за 8 часов игры уже приелись), топорные анимации, ужасный графон даже после фикса, ужасное управление машиной от 3 лица, большие, но пустые локации. Единственное, что неплохо сделано - сюжет и атмосфера, но всё остальное мешает получать от этого удовольствие

DP is broken on Windows 11 - couldn’t get it to work with a controller despite trying community guides to get it to work. Developers should patch and fix if it’s going to remain up for sale.

I tried every suggested fix I could find online, I tried mods, I disabled all overlays; I simply could not get this game to run smoothly, it never seemed to get above 15 fps. I've seen some partial playthroughs on youtube and had wanted to experience it for myself, so I still pushed and tried to play it. I finished the first hospital arc and ran into a game-breaking bug where the program would just crash during the cutscene. I'm not willing to use someone else's save to bypass this, so I'm done. Frankly, no product that performs this poorly should be purchasable on any storefront.

This game is a masterpiece but you should not play this port. My playtime is low but I've done pretty extensive research into getting this game to work on PC. Long story short- there are work around, and some fixes, but many crashes, softlocks and save corruption issues haven't been fixed and remain undocumented. Avoiding crashes & other issues requires knowledge of where those crashes occur and taking pre-emptive steps to avoid them. It's not how you should experience a first playthough of this game. It's meant to be played slowly and at your own pace as you take breaks from the story to explore the town. It's meant to be immersive and life sim-esque, so following a step by step anti-crash guide will kill that for you. The most accessible (legal) way to play this game is the switch version. The 360 version running on a modern Xbox is probably the best (legal) way. The switch port definitly has a memory leak issue, but as long as you save regularly during a long session, or restart the game every so often, it's surprinsgly stable. It does drop frames in the town at certain angles, but that and the memory leak are the only issues. Just don't buy this version.

Buggy mess. Couldn't move at the very beginning of the game. Loaded "Xbox controller enhanced features driver", then I could move. Walked out of a car crash, was given option to save game (said "yes"). Couldn't move. Tried un- and re-installing driver; still couldn't move. When I re-started the game, I did not have a "load game" option, even though I had supposedly created a save file. Read numerous posts about how this game won't work unless you download this, install that, etc... Only dropped a buck plus change, so I'm not TOO pissed, but c'mon -- if you're gonna offer something for sale, can't ya at least make sure it works? It's not even basically functional AT ALL ...
