Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.13/day in the week to Aug 3 → 1.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Unapologetically postmodern, brimming with creativity.
Deadeye Deepfake Simulacrum, as the name suggests, is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. And I don't mean this negatively - quite the opposite, but it does make it a point to beat you to a pulp. Is this fun? Yes. How? The game makes its unforgiving nature fun by giving you several ways to beat the hurdle that is infront of you. Have an objective to kill a VIP? Hack into the building with the various nodes and electronics and find the vip, hack into them, and kill them, without ever leaving the comforts of the elevator. It's a masterclass in player agency and weaves difficulty well enough to make it enjoyable as a whole. Overall? 9.2/10. Favorite game I've played this year. Really fun.

i absolutely adore this title. hacking, procedural generation, lesbianism, a handler somehow more offputting than the Cruelty Squad handler, what more you ask for? also: tip: equip "hotfix" and then open the shop next to the helipad.
I wish every game was like this
I like it, a lot - but OMG it is hard! Its all fair though - the game tells you itself on multiple occasions that its OK to simply retreat if a mission is too much. However, while you don't exactly die from one hit (unless you're being sniped at), you sure die from one-and-a-half, and maybe two if you're lucky. If you're dead - well, you're going back to the very start of the mission, and honestly even the first side-mission I tackled is HUGE and punishing af. This normally would NOT be an issue, but the problem (or the blessing!) is the lack of randomization. When you die (and you'll likely die a lot), you will repeat almost all the steps you initially took - hack the server, hack the cameras, sneak here, attack there, blah blah blah. It just gets REALLY tedious to _repeat_ things over and over again because an NPC cyborg took an unfortunate route (for you). Second big thing for me is the punishment for dying. While its somewhat realistic and it makes sense given the gameplay loop and all, and even if it doesn't punish you immediately and directly - man, every time I die I feel a pang that brings me one step closer to just wiping my character and starting over. The reason why - because punishment is tied to the character, but mastery of the game is largely tied to your player knowledge. But all this said - if you got high tolerance for repeating the same thing over and over due to your own failures, the game is quite brilliant. Probably one of the best hacking-oriented games out there, despite simple graphics. I think Uplink + DoomRL + realtime would best describe it. I am pretty sure I'll be spending couple of hundred of hours on it, but without shame - there'll be a lot of ragequitting in the moment.
highly recomend
It can be frustrating at times, but I'm loving it so far. Gunplay is limited and clunky by design, and hacking is the focus. I've never seen anything quite like this. The narrative paths are a real hook, and all the hidden little secrets really give you that "AHA" moment.
Its great! Try the demo! (✿◕‿◕)
It's 2D 2077, includes good music, netrunning, time slow, but also classes, interesting and unique levels, magic, etc. Legitimately a good game Is fun
