Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.13/day in the week to Aug 3 → 1.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

visuals/dialogue are weird but absolutely fantastic gameplay
It's 2D 2077, includes good music, netrunning, time slow, but also classes, interesting and unique levels, magic, etc. Legitimately a good game Is fun

This is an insanely good game, one I likely haven't even scratched the surface of. Great story paths and worldbuilding, the skills and items are a solid foundation for player-driven immersive sim gameplay. Especially the hacking mechanic is deceptively simple but so much fun. However: THIS GAME IS DIFFICULT AS HELL This is in no way meant as a demerit towards this game. You are meant to find your personal OP build or cheese strat in order to prevent the game from turning you into mincemeat. The 1 million dollar penalty on death encourages careful planning and you need patience and mental fortitude to handle the tension and occasional abrupt death. I don't have that, at least not at the moment. So I will put this gem down for now and hope that I can someday stay cold-blooded enough to pay off my debt.
I was insane enough to pay off the debt legitimately... This game fulfils the Netrunner dream better than any other game I've played, I've unlocked
3 endings
so far and still feel like I've only really scratched the surface when it comes to all the layers, outcomes and overall surprises that seemingly keep coming about from what I had originally thought to be a quite unassuming game. --- Spoilers below --- Honestly I was extremely fond of how the game subverted it's simplistic style for sudden dashes of hyperrealism, distorted faces and features, playing with 2D and 3D elements at times really pulls you further into the world that DDS has weaved leaving you with moments of genuine discomfort and equally such awe. Whilst the Story and writing have been criticised in other reviews, it does it's job in it's own way, even if particular dialogue branches and trees are hard to predict and the various outcomes even with the hinting the game sometimes provides. I can see this being a game I spend plenty more hours into, The only criticism I have is simply just how powerful the Hacker Vocation is to the game, that it outmodes most other playstyles, especially with how fragile you feel most of the time, even when you get your hands on some pretty powerful hardware, even when I forced myself to play a heavy acrobatics, smg style runner, it never felt like the intended way to play, nor the most efficient with the exception of Capture/Control side-missions - even if I did get into a semi-competent build by the end stages of the game, the frustration it took to get there knowing I could have instead been on my laptop plugging away at nodes and playing the puppet master bothered me and I can't tell if that's the fault of myself of the game itself. Otherwise I'd mark these as nitpicks on a game that scratched an itch like no other, the difficulty curve is steep, but the fun you will have once you get into it really I think is something that is worth the time, money and investment.
It can be frustrating at times, but I'm loving it so far. Gunplay is limited and clunky by design, and hacking is the focus. I've never seen anything quite like this. The narrative paths are a real hook, and all the hidden little secrets really give you that "AHA" moment.
the game is aware of your what absolutely busted combos you can pull off. it will put it to the test. this is lovely.
Rare 10/10 experience. I would love a part 2, the story was actually great which is not something i expected. Crazy fun dialogue as well.
