Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Fantastic sequel, but the mine sequence is near-impossible, especially on the higher difficulties. Getting stun locked to death by the small ones over and over isn't challenging, it's just lame and not fun.
Playing this game was long overdue for me, although being aware of it back from when the series was originally released, I was too scared to play them then lol.. I finally got around to play it after completing the dead space 1 remake on PS5 and then finishing callisto protocol on PC, got me really into the vibes, as they were made by the same person, which then naturally made me want to play dead space 2, and how great it would have been had they made a remake for this one too! Off the bat if you max the settings out while playing on PC, it’s really impressive how good the graphics are on this game, it really felt like gaming hadn’t changed since that period with the level of detail present when playing and you won’t be disappointed, while still feeling like you’re playing a modern game! It was EA at their peak before they fell off! I really would have loved for the story to have been more detailed than it was and that would be the only downside for me as it felt like that aspect wasn’t as good, as they really could have made a masterpiece out of the storyline, nevertheless it’s still a decent story. Fast paced compared to the first one, and be prepared for many ambushes! Overall very enjoyable and kept me hooked all the way through and it’s rare to feel like that with many of the games that exist! A solid 8.5/10!

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 8: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Absolute classic.
Крутое продолжение, лучше прошлой части) но тут чуть хуже бронь и оружие
lovely when I was 12 and even lovelier now :)
GROOVY
One of the greatest games of all time
One of the rare instances where the 2nd entry in a franchise is arguably stronger than the first, and I loved the first dead space. Here's hoping the new owners of EA have the good sense to give us a remake of this one as well.
Muy bueno, es un clásico pero vale la pena.
