A buggy yet strangely enjoyable first-person shooter that doesn’t take itself too seriously. It builds on the first game by adding better graphics, character progression, and a touch more variety—but at its core, it’s still the same mindless zombie-blasting experience. The campaign is semi-short, unless you choose to chase achievements or grind through extra missions. The story tries to be more ambitious this time, with plot twists, but it’s hard to take it seriously. Still, there’s a certain charm in its roughness; if you’re in the mood for some mindless sci-fi zombie shooting with flashy weapons and over-the-top action, it does the job. It’s far from perfect—expect bugs, repetition, and a few frustrating moments—but if that old-school, low-budget shooter vibe appeals to you, Dead Effect 2 can be a fun, cheap thrill Played on Mac Air M2-2022. There is an issue with screen resolution - as usual - so your HUD will be about 10% cut around the screen border
