The mothman contract is so horrible, my friend and I got stuck in a hole and were unable to move unless we used beartraps to force ourselves out. Another friend got grabbed by mothman and dropped into the river was was unable to be revived since our characters just become jesus. Then in a moment of mutual understanding silence we all logged off. 10/10 Wouldn't recommend. Please, if you are reading this developers. Consider fixing the game if you are going to decide to sell it at a $17.99 price point. It has potential but no passion from the developers. Feels like I got robbed.

buy it on sale and don't expect to level up enough for the gear unless you grind the same game loops. CRASH ON OPENING, ABANDONED GAME

Honestly a amazing concept but it has so many flaws most games struggle with glitches and bugs. But folklore hunter's problems are entire features that aren't finished. So many people are complaining about the lack of hunts in the game. Yet everyone is looking over the fact that even that the hunts we have right now aren't even finished. Look I'm sure making a game is hard but there was literally no reason to fully release this game. if your going to give up on it At least keep it unfinished so others don't actually believe they are buying a real game. I will still play because it's the only game like it.

okay i dont want to give a negative review but sadly this game did not play out to its fullest potential, i played the entire game all 3 story contracts and a few regular contracts with my friend and sadly there is only 3 cryptids and it looks like that is all there is going to be with no plans from the devs to add more, i dont think this game deserves to 17.99 price tag, and i dont think that game deserves a mostly positive review it feels like an early access game that the devs abandoned to go make another game. the devs posted on their blog that they are doing maintenance patches and console ports of this game then working on a new game and wont consider returning to this game until late 2027 and even then they probably wont, at this point dont buy this game.

This game is dog water. There are better horror games, that don´t are sooo boring and repetitive. Enemy is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid as ♥♥♥♥.

Great game especially the Mothman mission, really intense fun, how ever would be great to have the option to save any of the mission progress if we wanted :)

me and my friend had a blast playing the game, we took out the wendigo and mothman and all honesty the mothman was more enjoyable as it attacked us more often and had an interesting mechanic to fight it off. The wendigo however felt underwhelming and the story seemed inconsistent in the end but overall love the passion and effort put into the game and me and my friend look forward to any new content
