Unique visuals. Weird gameplay. An adventure in computing and platforming. I really like this game. It makes 150% use of its budget and engine and spends a lot of time on making the game look, play, sound, and feel good. You should definitely check out this game. https://youtu.be/99Z1PkOqpyk
Ohhh, so this is what happens when I use my anti-virus. Well I would never have guessed a tiny little hero does all the work. Highly enjoyable adventure.
Very fun puzzle/strategy and movement game. Unique way of moving and navigating makes gameplay entertaining and interesting. Lots of color and detail in the environments and levels, truly makes you feel like you are in some sort of digital world. Reminds me a lot of Legend of Zelda games... I really enjoyed how the game characters were components of a computer, and all the small little details connect the game to the computer you are playing it on! The artistry done on characters and bosses is beautiful, unique, and even eerie at some points. You can tell the developer put in a lot of time creating their own little world with all original concepts and characters. Looks great! Plays great! Very fun for busy people who can jump in and out of the game whenever they have time.
This game is basically inFAMOUS: First Light, but way less polished (in terms of gameplay). Pros: - Good concept - Good core gameplay, but nothing you can't experience in other games (again, First Light most notably) - Decent OST Mid: - The story isn't boring, it's just... not that exciting, tbh. Same with the voices. Cons: - Forced combat is always a nono for me (for normal enemies I mean) - Some jumps are freaking annoying to make - Last but not least, I had to give up on the RAM boss (was it? the big guy with the axe? idk), waaaay too unfair and slow paced. Hitboxes suck everywhere too. Sometimes he'll take attacks, sometimes he won't, he can easily stun lock you with his axe throw, and the list goes on. And yeah, he just takes forever to kill. It's not fun, it's straight up tedious. Edit: I was able to kill that stupid boss above. Now in the second RAM level (the middle one) and it has a really stupid puzzle I can't figure out for the life of me. So yeah, that's me done unless someone tells me how to do it I guess. Overall I'd definitely say the game is at least worth a shot. That price point though... a bit too much imo. Go for it if you have some disposable cash I guess, eh.
Тестировалось всё на Ubuntu Mate 22.04.03 и ноутбуке MSI GF63-Thin-9SCSR: CPU: Intel® Core™ i5-9300H CPU @ 2.40GHz × 8 RAM: SO-DIMM DDR4-2666 24Gb SSD: 256Gb KINGSTON OM8PDP3256B-AI1 GPU: Intel UHD Graphics 630 GPU: GeForce GTX 1650 Ti with Max-Q Design
Definitely recommend this one. Really cool and interesting 3D platformer in a surreal environment. If you love awesome and surreal environments / characters and good music then this one is for you. Also the ending was super awesome and left me feeling satisfied.
Great game! Fun mechanics, really good bosses, fun puzzles, and gameplay. I only encountered one quick bug that requited a restart, but other than that the game is really well polished and nothing seemed wrong with it. Honestly really enjoyed it. I liked the difficulty of the axe boss, him being a bit tough, but once you figured out his pattern you could take him down in no time! I've personally never played Spyro but I heard this game is similar to it/ inspired by it, so that makes me wanna go and play Spyro too! Anyways, i did also make a video on this game so if anyone is thinking about checking it out and wants to see why, here ya go: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WrazkvLO82A
Excellent game deserving of much greater recognition! Fantastic aesthetic and use of lighting, great electronic soundtrack, and strong vibes of Tron and (if you're old enough to remember it) ReBoot. Saw some negativity about the story and voices in another review, but I found them spot on and much higher quality than I expected for what's essentially a small indie project. Strongly recommended and thanks for putting it out there!
I thought i commented on this years ago when I got this game. I really did enjoy it. Like one of the comments it kind of was like second son but it was nice to have another game like that. I do not dislike it however i never finished it. I would still recommend this game for someone who wants to try something interesting and likes puzzles.
Probably the worst port to macOS. 20 minutes into the game I've realised that some objects simply don't render thus making the game unplayable. Really like the style and PS1 platformer atmosphere, but the technical side is a huge let down.
