Darwin's Paradox!

Very cute and clever platformer with super friendly little octopus ! Beautiful audio and art directions. It is just a joy to play this game. I highly recommended. The main product is much better than the demo in my opinion. Very happy with this addition to my games library. I just wish that the game had ultra-wide and super-ultra wide support but even regardless this small issue, I can recommend this game 100%. It is just fun to play it. Happy to see Konami greenlighting small games like that under its banner. We need more games like that made by small studio clearly very passionate about their craftsmanship.

Not too long, great puzzles, no repeating on itself, no having to double back on yourself. The graphics are great for the theme, the level design is excellent and the sound design is on point. Performance is great and I experienced zero issues. Overall a huge recommend.

Jogo muito legal, ambientação muito boa e a história é bem simples mas divertida

Si hubiera una opción media, sería la que yo elegiría, sin embargo elijo "si" por las siguientes razones: La ambientación, diseño de personajes, colorimetría, diseño, música, efectos de sonido, todo el arte es pura perfección y aquí si se llevarían un 1000/10. Literalmente parecía que estaba viendo una película de Pixar. El render y la calidad brutal, impecable y creo que eso es lo que me llamó la atención del juego... SIN EMBARGO siento que me quedó a deber en cuanto a jugabilidad. El juego parecía bastante retador, para jugadores que les gustan los juegos de plataforma/puzzle con cierto nivel de dificultad sin exagerar pero no me acaba de convencer, Empezando por el inicio, cuando se debe de calibrar el brillo de pantalla, había elegido la recomendada por el propio juego y fue realmente frustrante y mala experiencia de inicio. No entendí el objetivo de tener el juego TAN oscuro. El primer puzzle con los botes en el agua me pareció MUY MOLESTO porque no veía nada. Volví a crear una partida nueva con el brillo normal para poder tener una visión mucho mejor de los logros. Me frustra mucho que no haya intuición en la continuidad, es decir, soy de los que al principio busca juntar los logros pero me fue muy difícil porque no hay algo que te diga hacia dónde sigue el juego y hacia dónde hay un logro escondido, tener que volver a pasar hasta 2 veces por el mismo camino a ver si hay algo... eso es realmente cansado. No hay un atisbo de la correcta continuidad del juego. La historia un poco sin objetivo real. Al principio creí que el objetivo era salvar a tu amigo pero no había señal de ello. No lo sé... lleno de vicisitudes, no sé si es memorable o digno de mencionar como juego, porque como arte es MAGNÍFICO pero lo demás parecía sin consistencia y precisamente por ello elijo el si. Por el gran trabajo visual y auditivo que se debe mencionar y premiar. Mi parte favorita: Cuando vas hacia la izquierda y con letreros te dicen que hacia allá es peligroso pero tú sigues, más letreros y más letreros aunque el final del piano me dejó como... what?, no entendí eso realmente pero me gustó la parte de la advertencia.

A very silly 2D puzzle/platformer where you control an octopus that's definitely not responsible for the failure of an alien invasion. It took me about 5 hours to 100%. + Very fun and comedic story, told without words and lots of background. + Excellent visual and sound design. + Easy to control and generally some options to play your way. + Blow up your enemies, ink your friends... mostly by accident. + That cliffhanger though! - Some tedious puzzles that weren't complex, just hard to execute in a not-fun way. - Some puzzles really have one (and only one) solution. - Unreal Engine with both its good and flickery bad. A very fun little game that I enjoyed while it lasted. Quick, quirky and entertaining. Recommend!
