For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

story and gameplay is alright character models are just a png feels very dead and monotone most my issues are quality of life things that could have made the experience more fun TLDR buy the game on sale if you like city builder BUT get past chapter 1 and see if the game is for you as that when the real game starts. settings reset every time you shut down the game which is frustrating af story actions are delayed like the story says to do a certain thing and a good while later you get the quest by that point you forgot and were doing something else a lot of things you need to google to know what to do cause the game does not explain it at all or does a poor job and then go on steam forms to find a solution and sometimes you don't find one cause the game is small npc AI get stuck on terrain (not buildings) the terrain then starve to death or you can try various things to get them unstuck only for them to wander around and continue to stave if it happened once or twice whatever, but they kept getting stuck and stuck in the same terrain with nothing blocking them small spoiler some story objectives need you to have no staving people and you will fail it cause some ♥♥♥♥♥♥ ai idk why there isn't a fail safe like if npc is stuck for just teleport them to a safe spot and let them continue whatever they were doing npcs do not reproduce so you only option is discovering them camping out in the insidious fog and the game does not do a good job telling you about these event justs puts magnifying glass in the middle of bum ♥♥♥♥ nowhere and expects you zoomed out enough to know it popped up but if your too zoomed out nothing shows idk why there isn't a notification that event is available on the side like the rest of the stuff that gets notified to you the ship menu is so clunky there had to be a better way of visually displaying what each ship is doing and then notifying you, nope just another magnifying glass

The theme is interesting spin on Frostpunk. The game is balance so poorly that I was at 3x speed from day 30 till the end of the game. Objectives with pass/fail states should progress the story not arbitrary amounts of time.
Ok, it was great at first. Very addicting. I enjoyed that is wasn't typical mindless settlement game style and there was a storyline with it. I enjoyed getting to explore the land around. I enjoyed trying to find resources. I even enjoyed the surprise monster attacks while exploring. All that was fun, as a game should be. Then all the enemies came. No big deal, I had a lot of defenses and those Ranger guys. But uh, nope. This is where the fun ended. It became completely one-sided. It turned into the reason why people rage quit. When you have an enemy that is omniscient, and can one-hit your buildings, and your defensive Rangers, and nothing can stop it, what's the point of continuing play? It's no longer fun because everything you built is being destroyed, and all the defenses you have, including those special lights, are doing nothing. And the enemy continues to wander around completely destroying everything and killing everyone. That's not fun. It induces rage quitting and it induces refunds.
Barely functional after multiple patches. Active bugs on live and almost nonsensical gameplay. Several situations are more something to endure than deal with. and at a certain point you feel you are just along for the ride, so small is your ability to hold things. The story is atrocious, the main driver of events seems to be that people are beyond imbecile. Inconsistent characters, nonsensical motivations. The core ideas are fine but by the actual play is an absolute mess.
The game itself is great, and I think I'll keep playing it through to the end. However, during my playthrough, I've come across quite a few issues that hurt the overall experience. The one I want to highlight above all others is the building construction system. Due to the terrain features, many areas simply don't allow construction in the first place. On top of that, some buildings inexplicably take up more space than they should. For example, a 5×5 building should, in theory, fit twice within a 5×10 plot. But in practice, after placing the first 5×5 building, the second one often ends up having some of its space oddly occupied, making it impossible to place. As a result, my base layouts frequently end up messy, and I often find myself unable to fit as many buildings as I had planned in spots that should have been sufficient. Compared to this most critical issue, all the other problems feel trivial. I really hope the dev team will make sure to fix this in their next game. Also, I noticed that some players who've finished the game mentioned that the story is fixed and there's no free sandbox mode after completion—which is really a shame. In games like this, the most rewarding part for players is undoubtedly leading their people through the early hardships, continuously taking in refugees from surrounding areas, and finally achieving a peaceful and prosperous settlement. Also, the Chinese font is really too small!!!
