Dance Assembly

Built ridiculous constructions with my 13yo son - it's a lot of fun trying to out-curse each other. The controls take a moment or two to get used to but once I was locked in, I found it easy to duplicate, move, rotate and scale the various parts to get the look I was after. Also liked turning down the in-game music and playing famous tracks on Spotify in the background. Fitting music to the moves is definitely worth a go - even if it does mean being Rickrolled by a member of family. Definitely worth the price!

Dance assembly is a game where you build something, and it dances. There are plenty of dances to choose from, plenty of things to create and plenty of fun to be had. Or, if you want a longer explanation... In dance assembly, you have 5 shapes to build with. Cube, cylinder, capsule, sphere and pyramid. Each of these are scalable, rotatable and movable. You can do this either with handles that you drag or a menu on the right side of your screen that lets you input specific numbers. Note that there is a slight problem with floating point numbers. To choose what part follows what, there is a parenting system that makes one thing follow every movement of another - while dancing and when moving/scaling. For example, I can have a part either parented to the left arm of the rig, or have it parented to another object. The music in this game is also pretty good. There's more chill music for the menu and when building, then more active and fun music when having your creation dance. Get it and thank me later.

game good if you like stuff messing around in stuff like the mii maker or other character creators i'd reccomend buying a few dozen copies of this game

I really enjoyed playing this game. It's a lot of fun to think of something to make and then try to use the primative shapes to construct it. and then the best part... MAKING IT DANCE!

Who needs God of Elden when you have this bad boy of a game here! Had a lot of fun with this one recreating the Jack Rabbit Slim's scene from Pulp Fiction. Controls are a bit hard to get used to at first but you get the hang of it,

The controls were simple and intuitive, making it easy for players of all skill levels to quickly get started and begin creating their own unique characters. The game's art style is bright and colorful, and the primitive shapes used to create the characters added a charming touch. I found myself completely absorbed in the creative process, and it was incredibly satisfying to watch my creations come to life and dance on the screen. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed by Dance Assembly and would highly recommend it to anyone who loves to let their imagination run wild and create unique and interesting characters. The ability to make those characters dance with the provided moves is just the icing on the cake.

This game is one of the best sandbox games that I have ever played in my life thank you very much. I like the dance animations and also please add more animations in the next update

I got bored

An absolute gem of a project clearly made with passion and humorous intent! Dance Assembly is weird and wonderful in all the right ways, and I know I'll be spending hours modelling and grooving away to whatever I create. Highly recommended!
