About
The world collapsed after a nuclear war. Cities were reduced to ruins, roads vanished beneath the ash, and the territory of the former United States was divided into scorched, deadly sectors. From the ruins of the old world emerged D.E.C.A.Y. - the Department of Environmental Control and Yield. Officially, it is an agency responsible for distributing what remains of vital supplies. In reality, it is a cynical, ruthless, and final force struggling to maintain control over a dying planet.
You are the operator of a remote bunker designated “Facility 16”. You signed a contract with the organization for exactly 365 days. One year of autonomous service under total isolation and extreme risk in exchange for a single reward - absolute freedom. Provided, of course, that you survive long enough to receive your final settlement.
Your bunker is your fortress and your workplace. Maintain life-support systems, repair equipment at workbenches, calibrate the neuro-sensory modules of your personal PDA, and keep track of your supplies. Every new 24-hour cycle changes the balance of threats and available resources on the surface.
The sky is under your control. Your primary duty is to maintain the A.C.C.S. “Atlas” surface network. These massive installations sustain a radiation and thermal shield over the region, preventing the sun from scorching the surface. Monitor the power grid from the bunker’s main terminal, venture outside, locate expensive nuclear batteries, and perform “hot” replacements. Remember: the shutdown of even a single node immediately redistributes the load, causing neighboring Atlas units to drain several times faster.
A loyal mechanical companion. You have access to a specialized search bot capable of accompanying you on the surface and assisting during dangerous expeditions. Only its built-in sensors and manipulators can detect emissions from the rifts, scan them, and safely extract valuable post-nuclear modifiers. Protect the bot while it works - without it, you may return to the bunker empty-handed.
The treasures and curses of the rifts. The crystalline modifiers recovered by your bot provide powerful advantages, but many also carry dangerous side effects. Install a stable “Amber Heart” in your suit to slightly increase your health, or risk using the blazing “Death Stone,” capable of devastating your body’s protective systems. You can also surrender the dangerous mineral to the Department, which uses its destructive energy to manufacture heavy special-purpose ammunition.
Wasteland politics. Not everyone agrees with the Department’s methods. Beyond the sealed bunker doors, you will face raiders, feral mutants, and soldiers of the high-tech faction known as “Legacy.” When their heavily armored enforcers, the “Judges,” arrive in your sector, you will need to use your entire tactical arsenal to survive.
Hardcore VR immersion. Experience realistic environmental interaction and authentic shooting physics. The game features 32 weapons - from assault and sniper rifles to pistols, heavy fire axes, and baseball bats. Discover deeply detailed weapon mechanics: for example, the heavy M88 “Hunter” carbine requires you to manually rotate the bolt handle and pull it back after every powerful shot.
As you complete more directives, one thing becomes increasingly clear: the orders issued by your superiors do not always match the reality on the ground. Eventually, you will have to decide whose contracts to accept and what order truly means to you.
You have no squad.
No permanent support.
No safe zones.
There is only you...
Your search bot...
Your bunker...
And the countdown to freedom...

Very early and barebones, but I believe this has potential to be a decent open field wanderer. I've bought all his other stuff and can at least say bro will not leave us hanging.
I'm just over an hour in, but have to say the graphics and detail look very good. To the developer- keep up the great work you have accomplished so far.
Early Access review I'm still getting to grips with DECAY and my immediate reaction to the game is that it doesn't explain things clearly. Upon first load there's an overwhelming amount of green text to read and you'll digest some of this information before heading out. However, a lot of info is omitted, like cocking rifles and machine guns, names of guns you own and what ammo they require. You can find it out but it's not immediately obvious, also adding some confusion about what mods go with what. Some survival tips aren't present either, for example, I've not found a place to scavenge real food yet apart from snack bars. The menu could do with a codex and a button configuration menu. I do like the info button when holding an item though and this should be the same for the guns so you know what they are. It's only by trial and error that I'm finding stuff out, which in some ways I don't mind but I'm sure some players will be left frustrated. It's an intriguing game though and I'm enjoying wandering about in the desert. The buildings are very bare bones right now and I hope they are updated to look more detailed. Guns are fun to shoot and reloading is ok but picking up items can be finnicky. I wish the guns would snap back if left behind like the backpack. It's funny to see how much you can cram into the backpack but it soon turns into an unorganised mess that you can't possibly rely on in a panic stricken fight. It probably needs to be segmented into slots to make any sensible selection possible. I did encounter a bug at the start where you're supposed to be able to pick your first weapon but it's didn't spawn for me so I had to start a new game. Looking forward to seeing how this develops.

Really great game. Feels like an VR Version of Fallout 1 with all its rough edges (without the story) and once it clicks, you wanna go you, raid a bunker, shot those well sounding and well feeling loud guns, loot locations and grill a nice burger. For me, a well done mix of Zombies and Monsters to boot. From a single dev developer! And he developed good!
Really good game. Recommended.
So... Played this game for some time, mostly 'green' demo, iykyk. Pros: Graphics are okey for VR game (it's can be better, ofcourse). Optomozation is great. Most of indoors locations are good (bunker for example). And thats it. Controversial: Gunplay is good, BUT, it's to linear and magnetic. Magnetic because contact points and zones for eating, grabing backpack and weapons are too large, and most of the time it's really uncomfortable and frustrating. No feeling of weapon impact. Yeah, if there was no visual effects, you will have hard time understanding did you hit enemu or not. Some of visual effects are "harsh and unpolished" like dust, sparks e.t.c. I really don't like neuro-slop art. And most of the art is generetaed, which is why it really clashes with the game's visual style. Locations are lame, and i mean it. The open world level design is illogical and poorly thought out. Points of interest are scattered as if there was a desire to fill the game with something. Lack of good animations of enviroment, mobs, tech. Either way... It's tolerable. I can't say the game isn't worth buying, but I can't say it IS worth buying either. It's a unique product and requires a huge amount of polish, development, and finishing touches. Perhaps in a year or two, the project will reach the level of a "truly interesting VR project." But for now, this is more of a "sketch" of a game than a full-fledged "picture."
An absolutely boring VR game—extremely monotonous and not at all entertaining. It is more of a walking simulator set in a poorly designed environment. The controls are imprecise, and the enemies are not just boring but dull, offering zero challenge. It is a poorly programmed game; do not buy it at its current state, if you have even modest expectations regarding the environment, gameplay experience, or sense of realism.
Really good game. Graphics could be something better but the game is very fun, your robot companion, the gunplay and so on is all fun. One thing that could improve it though is that the robot should aim for the head from time to time.
不好玩。。引导几乎没有。音乐那个音响关不了。枪械要一直按键才能握住。冲锋枪半天没找到拉栓。
