STEAM DECK SUPPORT INFORMATION
This game partially supports Steam Deck. We are aware that currently UE5 causes major lack of video memory on such devices like Steam Deck that leads to constant crash when loading the main city map. There is a temporary solution for this. If you want to play our game on Steam device, then please use the UMA Frame Buffer Size set to 2 GB in the BIOS (Advanced tab). To access Steam Deck BIOS press and hold the Volume Up (+) button. While holding Volume Up, press and release the Power button. Keep holding Volume Up button and release it when the BIOS / Setup Utility appears on screen. Then go to Advanced settings tab, select the UMA Frame Buffer Size to 2 gb (or even 4 gb in case of any trouble) and start the game. This time the game will work decently without any crashes.

CyberTaxi: Lunatic Nights is a distinctive blend of futuristic taxi driving, open-world exploration, and first-person action that sets itself apart by combining several genres into one cohesive experience. Developed and published by Hed Media Games, the game transports players to Prison City, a sprawling cyberpunk metropolis where corruption, crime, and violence dominate everyday life. You assume the role of a taxi driver whose seemingly routine job gradually transforms into a dangerous mission to uncover the truth behind the wrongful imprisonment of his sister. This narrative gives purpose to the game's wide variety of activities while establishing a gritty atmosphere reminiscent of classic science fiction films and action thrillers. The game's greatest strength lies in its richly designed cyberpunk environment. Prison City is filled with towering neon skylines, abandoned districts, industrial complexes, underground passages, and hazardous neighborhoods that constantly encourage exploration. Rather than serving as a simple backdrop, the city feels alive with random encounters, unusual passengers, and hidden locations waiting to be discovered. Every journey has the potential to evolve into something unexpected, making exploration feel rewarding instead of repetitive. The retro-futuristic presentation successfully captures the mood of an oppressive society where every street seems to conceal another mystery. Driving mechanics extend well beyond simply transporting passengers from one destination to another. The game incorporates simulation-inspired systems such as battery management, fuel ignition, functioning headlights, windshield wipers, weather effects, and realistic suspension physics. These mechanics create a stronger sense of immersion while still maintaining enjoyable arcade-style handling. Successfully navigating crowded streets and hazardous environments requires attention to both the vehicle and the surrounding world, making each completed fare feel satisfying. The taxi itself becomes more than transportation, evolving into an essential tool for survival throughout the adventure. Mission design offers impressive variety by avoiding repetitive delivery objectives. Many passengers bring unique requests that lead players into abandoned buildings, sewer systems, criminal hideouts, and other dangerous locations. Some assignments require locating missing items, rescuing lost pets, or eliminating hostile enemies before completing the fare. One particularly creative feature involves transporting fragile cargo with its own durability meter, encouraging careful driving instead of reckless speed. These changing objectives prevent the gameplay loop from becoming stale and consistently introduce new challenges that complement the open-world structure. Combat significantly expands the overall experience by allowing players to leave their vehicle and engage enemies directly. A selection of firearms, defensive equipment, and vehicle upgrades gives players multiple ways to approach dangerous situations. The taxi can also be customized with protective enhancements that improve its durability during intense encounters. Combined with numerous interactive objects and optional activities scattered throughout the city, these mechanics reinforce the feeling that the game is more than a driving simulator. It becomes an open-world sandbox where exploration, action, and problem-solving work together to maintain player engagement. The story itself embraces a straightforward but entertaining premise centered on family, justice, and survival. Inspired by the exaggerated style of classic action movies, the narrative focuses less on emotional complexity and more on delivering memorable situations, eccentric characters, and explosive moments. This approach complements the game's retro aesthetic and energetic pacing, creating a lighthearted yet dangerous adventure that rarely loses momentum. The central objective of rescuing the protagonist's sister provides enough motivation to tie together the game's diverse collection of missions and activities. As an Early Access release, CyberTaxi: Lunatic Nights still exhibits some shortcomings. Technical issues, occasional bugs, inconsistent AI behavior, and areas requiring additional optimization can interrupt the experience. Certain gameplay systems also feel as though they would benefit from further balancing and refinement. However, the underlying ideas remain remarkably creative, and the developer's ongoing support demonstrates a clear commitment to expanding and polishing the game over time. Players who enjoy ambitious indie projects will likely appreciate its willingness to experiment despite its imperfections. CyberTaxi: Lunatic Nights succeeds because it refuses to be confined by a single genre. It blends realistic vehicle management, open-world exploration, first-person shooting, narrative-driven missions, and cyberpunk world-building into a surprisingly cohesive package. While it still requires additional polish before reaching its full potential, its originality and ambitious scope make it a memorable experience for players seeking something different from traditional driving or action games. With continued development and refinement, it has the potential to become a standout title within the indie cyberpunk genre. Rating: 6/10

Jest trochę do poprawy jak chociażby krawężniki które zadają mnóstwo obrażeń, ale ogólne wrażenia bardzo pozytywne. Widać potencjał w tej produkcji.
Świetna gra, widać potencjał
I really want to like this game but it’s very bad. The driving is just awful, slow and clunky. The car flips over easily and you need to restart the game cuz the flip button does nothing. The AI voice acting is cancer. Best of luck to the developer, I can’t wait till this is updated a bit more.
This unofficial remake of 90s Quarantine has potential and vibe, but is is buggy yet and need to be polished. Then it sill be great game. Funny easter egs to Cyberpunk are plus.
⭐⭐⭐
Dear developers, please add a minimap/radar to the HUD, this is a essential feature in this kind of game.
If you like Cyberpunk, Mad Max and don't mind a little jankiness, this game is for you. Very promising, if devs don't rush things this can be an awesome game.
-Read my controller as being plugged in when it isn't. -Plugged in controller to use it, wouldn't recognize ( xbox wired controller ) -Restarted 3 times, getting to the point of driving your taxi -Got in taxi, W is not recognized or something, taxi will not move. However, other buttons do ( camera, guns, heater etc ) -Tried with controller. No movement ( because it's not recognized for whatever reason ) -Tried to exit game, widows key wouldn't work. Hit ctrl alt delete to exit; PC background disappeared (wtf?) Had to hard reset PC. I want to like this game, but I can't right now. Maybe later.
