Cyberpunk 2077 is an open-world, action-adventure RPG set in the dark future of Night City — a dangerous megalopolis obsessed with power, glamor, and ceaseless body modification.

We're living in a Cyberpunk world but without its aesthetics
Well, after 86 hours I finally 100%’d the game - all side quests, fixer gigs, DLC, main story, everything you can possibly do in one playthrough without save scumming. So, is Cyberpunk 2077 worth the money right now? Yeah, it is. What it was at launch and what it is today are basically two completely different games. It’s awesome that they didn’t just drop it like so many devs do nowadays. The only thing I’ll say is I would never call this a real RPG. It’s got about as much RPG as The Witcher 3. While you’re on the story or doing quests, the world feels alive. But the second you step away from the main path, everything goes dead. The world is also pretty empty content-wise, even though it looks ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ gorgeous, perfect for screenshots.
In the last few days before Cyberpunk's day one release, I told a buddy of mine how excited I was and that I was going to buy it day one. He warned me up and down and I listened to him. And good thing I did. 5 years later, when I upgraded my rig, Cyberpunk was the game I used to test it. And it was everything I had hoped it would be on day one. Night City really is the Rapture of the 2020s. That experience alone is worth every penny.
No words can describe how much I love this game. Peak story, unforgettable characters, and Night City is bursting with detail and life. Driving through Night City with the radio on is just so peak. Hope you're doing well on the moon So Mi ❤️
I'm more of a medieval fantasy fan over sci-fi and I love the Witcher universe, but Cyberpunk did a great job of getting me invested in this world. Great gameplay, story and my favourite open world city, the dlc is just as good if not better. The one thing I found it lacked was long term consequence. There's some, but depending on which ending you choose those options may not matter anyway. It's the one thing Witcher 3 did far better and I hope Cyberpunk 2 improves on it. Still an easy must play.
Cyberpunk 2077 is not the best game ever made, but what it does well, it does at an exceptionally high level. The game is wrapped in the stunning setting of Night City, a visually breathtaking metropolis filled with vibrant colors, towering architecture, and dense urban design. However, despite its visual richness, the world can sometimes feel oddly hollow, lacking a stronger sense of interactivity or the feeling that the player can truly live in it. From a gameplay perspective, Cyberpunk 2077 offers a solid and flexible experience. It provides a high degree of player agency, allowing different playstyles through varied builds, approaches to combat, and decision-making. Whether you prefer stealth, hacking, or direct combat, the game supports meaningful experimentation, which significantly enhances replayability. Where the game truly excels is in its characters and storytelling. CD Projekt Red once again demonstrates its strength in narrative design, delivering both main and side quests that are consistently engaging from beginning to end. The writing, performances, and emotional weight of character-driven moments stand out as some of the strongest aspects of the experience. This is even more evident in the Phantom Liberty expansion, where the overall narrative, pacing, and gameplay loop feel more refined and cohesive than in the base game. The expansion elevates the experience and showcases what the game is capable of at its best. Visually, the game is outstanding. The graphical fidelity, detailed environments, and high-quality animations contribute to an immersive presentation. Lighting plays a crucial role, with neon reflections and ray tracing pushing the atmosphere to another level, especially in night-time scenes where the city truly comes alive. Overall, Cyberpunk 2077 delivers a strong and memorable experience. Despite some shortcomings in world interactivity, it stands out thanks to its excellent storytelling, compelling characters, impressive visuals, and outstanding soundtrack. It is a game well worth playing, particularly for those who appreciate narrative-driven RPGs.
Cyberpunk 2077 has its problems, but despite that, the game remains one of the best story-driven experiences I've ever had. The atmosphere itself - when you're just wandering around Night City - is incredibly immersive. This city feels real, contrasting, and alive, it completely absorbs you. It's a rare case where you want to keep coming back here again and again, just for that sense of presence.
this game was honestly incredible the story characters music and world were all amazing i got attached to the characters way more than i expected and exploring night city never got boring the dlc was just as good if not better thats peak definitely one of the best games ive ever played and i already know ill come back to it someday
