This is not a complete game, it's not even an alpha version. There's no menu, no explanation of the controls or the objectives. You just walk around a room where nothing happens.
It dropped me straight into the game with no main menu. The first thing I noticed was that it was not optimized. My PC isn't very good, but if it can run Skyrim it should be able to easily handle these graphics. Terrible frame rate. The 2nd thing I noticed was a switch. I tried to press it. 'E' didn't work. Neither did any other key. Mouse buttons didn't work. Dragging it with the mouse didn't work. I tried to open a menu. As far as I can tell there is no menu. I tried to look for a manual. There isn't one in the local files and I can't find a developer website. There is also no sound. So, this is a single room that you can slowly stagger around in and not interact with.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hMFrnzCdK6c this is what you're missing out on a few jumps here and there and a weird staff with a pentagram. Now if only the devs actually went somewhere with this
Curse of the dungeon is yet another asset flip from serial shovelware pushers, Enoops/Falco Software. These guys (or just one guy flipping accounts to mislead gamers) do nothing but copy premade game templates and game tutorials, fill out a few things/stamp out basic levels using the construction kit templates, slap on an asset flipped set of sprites/assets, and dump them on Steam and into DailyIndieGame bundles as cash grabs. Trying to get paid for someone else's game templates, assets... at best, this is shovelware, at worst, it's a scam/cash grab. This asset flip is a craptastic low poly first person 3D platformer. I have no idea where they ripped the assets from, but given this "developers" prior history of asset flip scams, it's obvious what's going on here. Axe Games/Falco Software/Enoops have shown a repeat pattern of unethically dumping other people's work onto Steam as a cheap, nasty cash grab. Here's some examples so you can see for yourself:

"Little Adventure" = AB1 - Fantasy Platformer bundle developed by Yoyogames
"Little Adventure 2" = AB1 - Fantasy Platformer bundle developed by Yoyogames
"Mighty Vikings" = Polygon Vikings Pack developed by Synty Games
"Book of Shadows" = Polygon Western - Low Poly 3D Art Pack developed by Synty Studios
Taking this shovelware seriously as if it was a genuine attempt to make a game, it doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. The game features lazy low-polygon "retro" assets, making this look like a barely functional 3D game from the 1990s. It's unclear why the developers weren't able to arrange high quality, high polygon count contemporary assets for the game, and also irrelevant... what matters is that this looks bad as a result of their decisions, a compromise PC gamers shouldn't have to put up with. The poor quality of this game is reflected in the general public reception. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the game all-time peak player count was only ONE player. That's right, only one person ever played this at a time. When I played this for the purposes of reviewing it, I equalled the peak player count for the game. OUCH. The only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 120 million gamers on Steam, the overwhelming lack of interest in the game is remarkable, but also to be expected. This complete and utter rejection of the game from gamers should be a keen information point for anyone considering buying shovelware like this. Gamers just didn't take this seriously, and for good reason. It's also important to note the "developer" here has connections to a number of shady Russian asset flippers and review manipulators who show an organised pattern to scam and defraud gamers with fake reviews and asset flipping the work of others for profit. While reviews are about the games, gamers should be informed when developers act unethically. Whether these connections are the same developer using multiple accounts, or just working closely with other unethical developers, gamers should be warned about the harm to gamers by this developer and their associates. Buying games from unethical developers puts your money at risk. Curse of the dungeon is relatively cheap at $1 USD, but it's not worth it. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, and the questionable ethical nature of the developer and/or their associates (as outlined above), this is impossible to recommend.
