Crouching Pony Hidden Dragon (CPHD) is a brand-new Action/RPG game developed for SNK’s Neo Geo console which came out in 1990. It might look like a straight-forward arcade game, but under the surface is a persistent world with a rich and varied set of rules.

Как и сообщают разработчики в трейлере, эта игра - действительно "не то", о чём вы думаете. Правда, не в хорошем смысле этого слова...
Great arcade feelings --- (How can people write a review when they played less than 1 hour ?)
If you stumbled across this, continue on your way to better games. Get some fresh air and stay healthy. This game is bad. Resolution is something mysterious and unchangeable, at least it runs. "Options" is just control rebinds. It defaults to WASD movement and "UHJK" for actions. Steam controller config defaults to a setup for Counter Strike or something weird. I went to the extent of making a correct binding to give it a fair shot. It's top-down combat where aiming is connected to movement. You cannot aim separately. Not that you'll want to, since ranged attacks have to match colors or do no damage. Melee attacks are consistent, but also do less damage. The shop has no info on what you are buying. This game was always bad. Even from a humble bundle, there's no complete playthroughs and no speedruns.

So bad. I like the idea of a specific weapon to kill but bad implementation with cramped corridors that force you to take damage, especially when you are forced in a fight when 7 of them are there. And since they are mixed there you are forced to melee and take damage or accidentally hurt yourself using the wrong color. Game definitely needs either more health drops instead of time or slower enemy actions cause this is ridiculous.
I got the highest score some how in the campaign which has never happend to me before, I would assume the main audience would be horny male office workers who need some thing with low requirements to run on a terrible laptop or office pc and small enough to run on an already full of porn hard drive. Still a fun game when your bored of main stream stuff and not horny though.
It's got a horse, what more do you freaking want
적들 드럽게 쌔네...
Kinda naff. Also, power-ups and coins dropping from enemies could do with dropping when they explode, and not after they've disappeared and you've already walked away. You spend most of the time mopping up drops before they vanish or standing still for a second after each kill which gets to be more annoying than you'd expect as the game flow is heavily disrupted.
Wow, this is bad. I don't really know how it has the audacity to call itself an RPG by any stretch and it features character designs that even readers of early 90s Image Comics would find embarrassing but its biggest sin is that it's just boring. Combat is super slow moving and there seems to be a lack of any real thought put into the enemy patterns, especially when they're coded with which color of projectiles you can hit them with. Just completely unfun. Avoid at all costs. Play the games it was inspired by instead.
Un jeu oldschool sympa dans un univers flingué, bien qu'assez dur et répétitif par moment... Dans la ludothèque neo, il apporterait quelque chose de différent, en espérant encore qu'il sorte un jour! Moi en tout cas, j'adhère!
