About
Crisol: Theater of Idols is a gripping survival horror adventure set in the haunting world of Hispania, a nightmarish reimagining of Spain.
Playing as Gabriel, a soldier who can use his own blood as a deadly weapon, you endeavor on a journey to fulfill a divine mission from the Sun God.
Uncover the chilling history and twisted folklore of Tormentosa, a beautiful but malevolent island. Traverse eerie landscapes, crumbling grand ruins, and labyrinthine streets as you peel back the layers of cults and blood sacrifice.
Blood is both your lifeline and your ammunition. Wield this new-found power against terrifying enemies and solve intricate puzzles, but beware: every shot drains your life. Choose wisely—survival hinges on your ability to balance life and death.
Upgrading the powers that leverage the lethality of blood allows you to deal more damage, fight for longer, and gain bonuses in combat. Navigate myriad weapon options for the right scenario and improve them through coins found in your exploration of Tormentosa.
Hispania’s disturbing fusion of historical events, folklore, and religious undertones creates a uniquely horrifying world. Face off against staggering statues brought to life and unravel a dark narrative that blurs the line between reality and nightmare.
Prepare to sacrifice everything. How much blood will you shed to uncover the truth?

This game was good for what it was. Is it jank? Yes. Does it have the worst driving mechanics for a boat in a game? Also yes. But it was a fun experience. There was a long period in which the game had very bad performacne issues, and I held off on playing it in the hopes they would patch it and fix those issues, and they thankfully did with a patch in late June that fixed the vast majority of the issues the game had. For how cheap this game was, i enjoyed my time with it. Honestly think it's worth more than the asking price, and it had really great graphics for a small budget.
good game, early game hard cuz lack of dmg n resource, but late game feels abit easy cuz sniper is OP

The game is good the only things preventing me from saying I love this game is the fact that it is LOCKED to 60 FPS on top of being locked to 60 FPS I am upset with the fact that I cannot change the Binds at all, and for whatever reason despite the game being locked to 60 FPS some areas had me drop to 30 at not even maxed settings the story is good and the game is cool with the whole using blood as ammo, Is it a deal breaker for everyone absolutely not, but you can absolutely tell that this was a lazy Port from the Console release with a few added PC settings Aside from the very negative list I have made the game is Fun just makes me wish they had some quality of life changes I only put this as not recommended as there is no "mixed" button
efecto.
A very solid action horror! Heavier on the puzzles than you'd expect, but they're well done and well thought out puzzles so it's fine. The combat is responsive and punchy, and the enemies while low in variety are well modeled and well animated. It's short, but sweet and worth the money if you enjoy action horror!
Bioshock via Blasphemous. I wish that were as cool as it sounds. This game is more style over substance, feels way older that the original Bioshock. Controls are clumsy, combat feels intentionally annoying, even the story beats feel way off. I don't know if I would call it a bad game, but I definitely don't recommend it. Play Blasphemous and/or Bioshock instead.
