Perfect FF7 Prequel. Loved the Gameplay and Story, Zack is a great and charismatic Protagonist. RNG for the DMW mechanic was kinda annoying on the early game, made the grinding pretty slow, Hard mode was fun (Except for Minerva's boss fight). The Story is heart-touching, seeing Zack bonding with Aerith is so cute, Angeal and Genesis feel like misunderstood characters, but that makes me like them even more. Faithful Remake and a must play if you're intrested on FF7~ 🖤
That's the re-master I like. A PSP game in UHD+120fps with some QoL improvements.

It's only a YES for the story, nothing more. I started my gameplay because I loved the FFVII universe but I didn't enjoy Crisis Core. First of all, COMBAT - it's tiring and feels very stiff. I know it's a Remake of the OG game which released in 2007 but they could make it more smoothly this time. It also becomes very boring when you have to kill the same monsters every 3m you take a step. Second of all, STORY - Though I love FFVII lore and was excited to play as Zack and relive his memories with Aerith and Cloud, I didn't feel empathy for other characters and I didn't feel bad for Angeal. Maybe because the game focuses more on combat instead of giving us some more depth to the characters, idk it might be me. SPOILERS!!!! Third of all, BOSS FIGHTS - I CANNOT go through Angeal Penance, I've tried everything at this point, but it's one smash and it's over even when i dodge. That's what made me quit the game. Some bosses are just overpowered and don't give you time to even think to make a step. Overall if you don't want to struggle and ragequit - just watch the gameplay online.

尽管剧情编排和角色塑造还是有ff式尬演的不少老毛病，但是扎克斯的角色弧光是相对完整的。一群屁事不干的神经病1ST里出了一个真正解决问题的傻瓜；一个毫无荣誉的组织中出了一个真正拥有战士荣誉的英雄。
The story of Crisis Core is a must for anyone who is a fan of Final Fantasy 7. Non-spoiler review. Great and touching story. great and addicting combat. AMAZING soundtrack. While I'm not an expert at art and graphics, sometimes they can seem a little lacking, but overall good. My biggest gripe with this game is one of a personal preference, I cant get used to Zack's new voice actor. To me, Zack's new voice actor falls flat. I still remember the original in my head and get goosebumps, I don't get that feeling here. Everyone else is great. If you're wondering Crisis Core is a story you need to play through in order to get the most of FF7 remake, yes you do. Until there is an optimal way to play the original, Crisis Core Reunion is a great alternative to experience a great story.
