Prices

Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Every market we collect.
Same day: best KR #2, worst PL #22 · 14 markets collected
US · last 30 days
Of the 13 markets with a position on both sides, 12 climbed and 1 fell. The same sale, the same day, opposite directions — which is why nothing here is averaged into a single arrow, and why one sale is not a trend.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · United States has just 10 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 1,859 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I beat crimson desert main story and every boss and did the 3 hardest bosses on hard difficulty where their big abilities basically one shot every time. My final review is the game is one of the best RPGs out there as far as exploration and action combat. The multiple ways to travel and the detail in the environment puts other open world games to shame. I actually think it's better than kcd2 as the most recent top RPG. BUT that is mainly because the combat was simply way better. The biggest weak points are story and character clunkiness. Kcd2 story is WAY better and I wouldn't even put it in the same category. Not once will you care about crimson desert story and I watched all the cutscenes lol. Kcd2 is a medieval simulator and crimson desert is an action RPG so it's maybe not fair to compare them that way. But then there is the clunk. There are a couple of rock bosses where you need to perform a couple of advanced weird techniques while dodging while trying to stay on its back. With the current game controls, the amount of times it just didn't respond because a former action was finishing or something else was infuriating. A rock crab boss took me longer than the hard hitting quick bosses because of the controls. All that said, it's 100% worth the full price but get that ♥♥♥♥ on sale and get into it. Also gearing 3 characters instead of one is crazy and both of the new characters you get for end game content are super fun too. Captain America shield on the lady is Sooooo fun with Lazer beam sword haha. Oh and DLC is this year. Who knows when I'll get back to that with all these other games though.
This game should be played if you're in the mood. The game can be a slog at times where you can get pretty bored because you don't know what to do and find the content given such as puzzles or quest pretty annoying or boring. But it's weird how there will come a time where the game just clicks out of nowhere. And I dunno what part of the game design does this but it happens. The game is really and I mean REALLY good at exploration and the world it has to offer. The activities are diverse enough to have something to do but as stated before they can be a slog when you're not in the mood. The game has some amazing visuals and the world is really well built and large enough to be really fun to explore. The character customization is also pretty insane with how much stuff you can customize in terms of weapon variety, colors for weapons, clothes BUT I do hope they bring more haircuts for the characters and add barbers instead of it just in the camp which is a really weird decision. The game is also pretty good combat wise. The animations are flashy and looks really good in combat. Now this where the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ happens. When the game is bad. IT'S REALLY BAD. It can have mechanics that are confusing, too much complexity or downright stupid. Take for example horse taming. For PC specifically it can be pretty terrible with the horse taming being unreliable even if you're following rules. The loot is more of cosmetic than big damage numbers. Which can be pretty cool BUT it kind of defeats the purpose of loot being an item or tool that can be better than your previous gear. They could've implement what ac odyssey did where you can equip good armor BUT keep the look of the previous armor you liked. And dear God the game has balancing issues combat wise. It's either one hit for an enemy or a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ for another. You can fix this with upgrades sure but dear God upgrading your items can also be a slow burn sometimes with gathering materials which can be fun BUT it's too slow to be FUN. There's also some ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up puzzle designing they did where some puzzles are straight up stupid or too complex for their own good and most of the time the loot is not worth it. The game is like a balanced of REALLY GOOD design for world and gameplay, and REALLY BAD game design in terms of mechanics puzzles and systems. II would recommend this because the first playthrough will always be fun and full of wonder. But there will come a time where you need to drop it to not piss you off and play it again cuz it's fun again. P.S the optimization for this game is pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, be sure to have a good pc or I hope the devs optimize the game more.
