Every market we collect.
Same day: best KR #2, worst PL #22 · 14 markets collected
US · last 30 days
Of the 13 markets with a position on both sides, 12 climbed and 1 fell. The same sale, the same day, opposite directions — which is why nothing here is averaged into a single arrow, and why one sale is not a trend.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · United States has just 10 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 1,859 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Esse Jogo é magnifico!
This is one of the most fun game I've played in a long time! I don't really care for the story, but I really like the exploration and the combats.
Im sad to not recommend Crimson Desert, but I dont remember the last time I was THIS dissapointed by a game. The moment you step into Pailune you'll be greeted by Pearl Abyss technical wizardry. This game feels like the first game made without technical limitations were you feel you get everything at the same time. Amazing visuals, near infinite render distance, full speed traversal and flying, hundreds of enemies on screen at the same time, destructible environments etc etc, you get everything without any compromise, no buts, no strings attached. But thats about it, and the game ends up feeling like… a tech demo. Every part of your moment to moment experience is heavily compromised, and almost all of it will end up feeling like just “content”, having played over a 150 hours of CD I can barely recall any moment, in fact the feeling is a lot like when you lose an afternoon scrolling through social media. Ill try to dissect the problems in the game a bit more so you get to do a more informed purchase decision. Story: Its like having just salt crackers for dinner, sure they are not bad, and you could technically eat a bunch of them until you feel full, but it will never feel as if you got a full meal. CD story is very archetypical, you fight henchmen all the way to the baddest guy, and then the game is over. The world building and lore are almost non existent, theres a supporting cast but beyond a superficial personality they dont offer anything to you, just set dressing. The same goes for side content, most of it is just the saddest excuse for fetch quest Ive seen in a long while, go there get a flower, come back, quest over. Combat and controls: The story is bad, sure, thats because this is a gameplay first sort of game right? Well yes, but thats doesn’t mean the gameplay doesn’t have massive issues. Controls are very inefficient and are a constant point of friction, you’ll never forget you are holding a controller because its constantly fighting agaisnt you. For example, you can jump an extra 4 times in midair, but in order to do that you need to: 1. Press square/X for your initial onground jump 2. Press square/X just before you hit the ground (you essentially need to parry the floor) so you get your initial double jump that starts at ground level 3. Press R3 4. Press R3 5. Press R3 Theres also lots of moves that require height, so lets say after you jumped 5 times, you want to use you kick landing move, well then you need to 1. Hold triangle/Y 2. Aim with the right stick where you want to land. But your right thumb is still on the kick button, so you either need to do a claw move or just HOLD the controller differently to do so 3. The you need to imbue the element on your kick to get the actual damage of the move, that requires you to press L2 and R2 at the same time And all that, because you wanted to do a “meteor kick”. Then theres the actual combat, sure controls are awful, but you have reptilian brain, youll learn them, but now we have to discuss the game itself. This game combat can be divided on two fronts, one is the dynasty warriors like experience were you kill dozens with one single move, and the other is fighting bosses on a more “soulslike” fashion. Neither of them work. The dynasty warriors part of the game is indeed very flashy, but it is mind numbingly easy even on hard mode. So skill expression is mostly condensed to trying to style on enemies, but the amount of moves just isnt enough for that, youll get bored and start to wonder just how much time is left on this supposedly “epic” sieges. Then theres the bosses which are just the biggest tease. They look unique, they have unique moves. The only issue is that mechanically they suck. This are the worst bossfights Ive had since the original Lords of The Fallen. Fights dont have a flow to them, some bosses just lack openings, animations cues, hitboxes and damage/health balancing are not good. So they must be really hard right? No!, since you can stunlock combo every non gimmick boss in this game. So really you never feel pushed or rewarded, you are just repeating your combos while pretty lights fill the screen. Exploration and progression: The reason I got hyped for CD was when people started comparing it to Skyrim, Botw and Elden rings exploration. For me, the capacity of losing yourself in another world is THE REASON videogames should be a thing. Im here to say this game exploration, is not great, in fact its not even good. For starters, this game shares for no discernible reason the same sidequest structure as RDR2. Meaning most activities in the open world are locked behind story progression. So in Crimson Desert that means most of the stuff you see will be closed off to you. Boss arenas and castles will just be empty, youll find puzzles and the game will let you do them, but they wont give you the reward till you get the quest and redo them. So fundamentally this game does away with the go anywhere and find anything motto that great exploration games have. Then theres the quality of the findings themselves, and most of them are just skin deep. There are no dungeons in this fantasy game. There are only single puzzle rooms and single encounter arenas (which admittedly come in different sizes) that all play the same. After most of them you’ll get an abyss artifact, which is a resource shared between upgrading your skill tree or upgrading your weapon from 112 damage to 115 damage. So really not riveting stuff, so imagine my dissapointment as I find a secret cave shrine with a map with 3 markers, I track down all the markers in the open world, come back, solve the puzzle and get just one of the 7 artifacts I need to unlock a new move. If you get lucky you’ll get a piece of equipment, and here comes my other gripe with the game. Progression. Most items in this game are functionally identical, varying only on looks, and are seldomly differentiated by the addition of abyss gear. Think of them as you would magicka spheres in final fantasy or gems in path of exile. They are slottable gems, you can put into equipment to grant either plain buff or sometimes even new abilities. And I like that, but even the abilities ones dont add to your moveset, they just take combos you already have and give them more damage, in all my time in CD I found one abyss gear that made me play different, which gave the ability to drop a bomb when dodging, so I could dodge and immediately stagger bosses. So okay, you mostly get a pretty boring item progression, but the armor sets look dope, and lets face it, the real endgame is always fashion. But yet again, Pearl Abyss strikes. Finding a cooler piece of armor and changing into it, or God forbid customizing it is the most annoying ♥♥♥♥ ever. Theres no transmog so you need to: 1. Go to a blacksmith 2. Downgrade your current piece of armor to refund the upgrade materials 3. Grind the materials you are missing because the game doesn’t totally refund you the upgrade cost 4. Upgrade you new piece of armor 5. Travel to a dyer 6. Dye your armor Why does this game let me literally call on a dragon by whistling, but wont let me make my boots gray unless I find a specific dyer across the entire map. Meta systems: then you get all the trailer stuff. You get to fish, you get to upgrade your camp, you get to farm, you get to have cattle, you get to hop on a wagon and sell your produce. Ill just say this, all of it, IS USELESS. Farming, raising cattle and trading… none of these things give you money. They give you “camp money” which is a resource that is only used when sending your guys to do missions. In those missions you get exciting stuff like 18 tomatoes or 17 stones. So how did I spend this much time on it? The same way you get a 6hr screen usage on your phone. You are tired, you hop in, the screen shows lights and do some noise.
One of the few single player games i have to reach over 100 hours (approaching). This game is visually beautiful and absolutely HUGE amount of content. im maybe 10% complete thru this game, the story is crap but the exploration and freedom is amazing, unmatched. This is a fantastic game.
