I'm at 60 hours and still haven't seen the other half of the map yet. The combat, the puzzles, the world, it's one of the best games I've ever played. The graphics and scenery are buttery smooth and out of this world.
The game is a lot like a circus or a fair. It wants to show you something every few meters and yet it doesnt really seem like there is meaning in it.

Every market we collect.
Same day: best KR #2, worst PL #22 · 14 markets collected
US · last 30 days
Of the 13 markets with a position on both sides, 12 climbed and 1 fell. The same sale, the same day, opposite directions — which is why nothing here is averaged into a single arrow, and why one sale is not a trend.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · United States has just 10 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 1,765 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I RARELY write reviews, saved for a few games that I've really enjoyed. Crimson Desert has earned the overwhelming positive review. The game launched playable, but the Pearl Abyss dev team has constantly listened to the player base to get QoL updates out. In an era of launching games in a "beta" 0.9 state, Crimson Desert launched a full game and then went above and beyond AFTER release to top it off. Setting the new gold standard , get to chapter 6 and enjoy the hold this game will have over you

it's great
Muchas gracias por esta obra maestra ::::::: difinitivamente es un juegazo
Amazing game, love getting lost in the world. Mechanics are fantastic. Have not been this lost in a game since Elden Ring!
To get my initial thoughts out of the way: Crimson Desert is a fun game and you can get your money's worth out of it. I do recommend it. Now for my longer thoughts: Crimson Desert has a lot of what I love out of video games. Its combat is fun, I like the movement mechanics, the environments are pretty and I often find myself just taking in the scenery, and the story... well, the story is largely nonsensical as the narrative is presented with some important contextual lore that you can unlock as a reward for completing all of the abyss puzzles. Yeah, the story's not great. It can also insist on getting in the way of you doing actually fun activities in-game pretty often by way of having you follow characters on horseback while they monologue for a while. I was thankfully playing this largely while on vacation so I had the time to just sit back during the cutscenes and wasn't too bothered by all the horseback walk-and-talk, but I'm definitely reconsidering any secondary playthroughs as a result of not having the ability to skip cutscenes or the horseback sections. The game is also lacking in enemy variety, with a large amount of cool and interesting fights being relegated to dedicated boss encounters. I wish there was a bit more in the way of fantastical beasts wandering the open world to fight, as those are usually only seen in boss encounters and a grand majority of the open world fighting is just a bakers dozen different flavors of dudes and at some point robots. Again, the combat is fun as hell so I don't mind it too much but I definitely see some potential in having more varied encounters in the open world because of how fun the combat is. If you haven't picked up the game already, you might find some value in waiting for it to go on sale but as it stands I got my money's worth out of paying full price so do with that what you will. Thanks for reading and have a lovely day.
把剧情和引导搞好就是完美游戏,期待后续更新和DLC把世界观和主线剧情补充一下
Bought the Standard Edition yesterday, not gonna lie, I was so hesitant to buy this as I have other games in mind and even ask a lot of my friends of which game should I play next and oh man, this is the best open world game that I have played ever since the release of Elden Ring. The game is not as challenging as I imagined like a souls-like would be (probably because it's not a soul's game) but the combat is amazing once you've unlocked some of the skills! The graphics and exploration is what drives me to play this game. The way the huge landscapes and graphics were introduced by the render distance of this game is amazing. The cutscenes were not cinematic enough for me but I do love the hymn of the music as you explore and progress through the story. At the first few hours of my gameplay, I felt like I needed a refund as the controls were pretty messed up in my opinion and the games doesn't exactly tell you what to do with how you solve the abyss puzzles and stuffs. Let alone how to begin your journey. But overall solid 10/10 for me.
