WARNING! SCAM! Developer revoked ALL LEGITIMATELY BOUGHT keys, either redeemed or unredeemed, jacked the price up tenfold, is trying to censor criticism by actively deleting every thread about it and even is handing out community bans for people creating threads about this topic. Avoid at all costs. DO NOT BUY! By the way, the "game" is utter horse manure and can't even be called a real game.
SCAMMER DEVELOPER! Revoked already redeemed games from accounts of users years after the fact, and then jacked up the prices.. Report this robbery, why is steam allowing this? Avoid this scammer dev and all of their games!

Scammy game and developer. Revoking keys
The dev of CrazyCar has revoked their legit keys after years, and the game has disappeared from my library without a clear explanation or a compelling reason. Many Steam players have encountered a similar issue. Meanwhile, Apillo has significantly raised the prices of his creations. What an irony.
After over 7 years they suddenly revoked the key. Just stay away and use your money for a real game
Avoid at all costs! Zero game development effort and the publisher decided to to become a scam artist: - Game key was activated in January 2018. - Game key was revoked by publisher in November 2025 due to "payment issues". - Price tag was increased to 50 bucks.
So I am writing this to hopefully spread a little bit of awareness, not that anyone would likely buy this game at the new price point. Three years ago I bought this during a Steam sale for like 65 cents Canadian, as of this moment the starting price is a hundred times that! The situation is strange and I don't kno all the details but I will share what I can. Last week the developer, Apillo revoked a bunch of steam keys without making any effort to warn users. They then purged their game's subforum of people asking what is going on and even managed to get some user accounts suspended from the steam community entirely? Later the developer attempted to calm things down by making a few statements via the game's news update feed. We can no longer see these because they deleted the posts days later, after already locking comments in the original post. Their supposed explanation was very confusing because there was conflicting information in the same statement. I honestly don't wish to try recollecting whatever they said from memory because I don't want to risk exasperating the situation, especially if they are dealing with a mental health crisis. However I do have screenshots of their last two posts, I don't kno if they were edited before or after capture: https://i.ibb.co/tM0ztJMn/crazycar1.png https://i.ibb.co/5Xk4Sd9M/crazycar2.png As many users here may understand, only the publisher of a Steam game have the ability to generate product keys. They may not like where the codes turn up but I don't feel that the game maker should rescind licenses from users if they're a little embarrassed and regretful of how they distributed these keys. I hope the dev makes this right.

Revoked after several years.
