I've refunded the game. To be fair it's not that bad a game, but the controls are a bit clunky. Especially when it comes to clicking, feels like a poor mans Slay the spire. It isn't bad, but if you aren't super into the genre you can safely pass up on this one. If you are into the genre, the summon and tool mechanic looks like a solid system when you give it time. So I'll give it a tentative Meh...
This just isn't it, you can get a tighter experience with a cleaner UI and game feel with something else - if you want the sci-fi aesthetic than Griftlands has you covered (and is just a solid entry into the card-battler, deckbuilding, rogue-lite category anyways) and if you want something that has a similar vibe (block UI elements, more restrained combos, slower play patern, etc.) with more polish then Vault of the Void should do fine.

Great game but needs some polishing. The game play and cards are very fun with some interesting takes. The summons and gadgets are fun mechanics. Being able to build your own starter deck makes for a lot of depth which gives you huge control over how your deck-building goes throughout the run. Two areas I think need polishing the most are number of events and accessory options. The events are all very similar which generally result in a loss/gain of health or gold, it makes events pretty pointless. The second is all the accessories are just minor stat buffs to certain card types, which barely make a difference in deckbuilding. Overall, I think it was worth the price if you want to try a different deckbuilding roguelike game.
Interesting concepts, but fall short on polish. Barely any replay-ability, only 3 types of enemy and boss are the same. The game is way too easy one you know what you are doing. You get what you paid for at that price.
Yes, I recommend this game at the current price point. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1lyqU0bOdgo
Not a bad game for the price, and for it being a first time game. Some things are still a bit confusing to me, and all the enemies seem to just do the same attacks; so variety drops off fairly quick. But like I said it's cheap, and a first time game. If you like card battle games, it's worth a go.
I've been playing this game for about 90 minutes now and wanted to say that for the asking price, this is a nice game. The cards are pretty to look at and the mechanics are simple. I like that you can customize your dude and upgrade your deck slowly between deaths. Overall if you have 4-5 dollars and want a simple but pretty and functional deckbuilder that you can kill some time with, this game may be for you. If I had to rate it between 1 and 10 this would be a solid 6 or 6.5. Good job!
It's actually not that bad. It doesn't have the depth of StS (of course, very few games do), but it's still okay and has some orginal mechanics that work rather well. The first thing that will throw you off is that all the assets are coming from royalty free libraries and it's painfully obvious. Most of the graphics clash with each other and with the story/setting. The UI is very rough but functional (except that you can't save+quit). There are some mechanics that aren't explained, like apparently the fact that your first death will be spared and you'll instead be stuck with 1 HP. I didn't find a way to remove cards from the deck, which makes this a very different game from StS. If you are a big fan of Slay the Spire, this game is not for you, On the other hand, if you didn't get the hang of StS (yet) and are looking for something more accessible to the profane, then maybe CtC is what you're looking for...
GRADE: F+. It works and you can play it, but im not sure why you'd want to. The Co-Op feature is an interesting idea but like everything else here its just not done very well. Crash the Core crashes and burns before it even takes flight. This is the worse kind of Slay the Spire clone. Its an idea that was not only bland and unnecessary but one that also feels half way done and poorly executed. Like the developers got just as bored with making it as i did playing it and they also couldn't force themselves to give it much time. Even technically, Crash the Core is a mess – Janky and uninspired, functional but forgettable. It's the bland oatmeal of deckbuilders, offering nothing but a lukewarm mush of mechanics that fail to ignite even the faintest spark of interest or excitement. Crash the Core. It's a monument to missed potential and wasted opportunity. Save yourself the disappointment and pick up a deckbuilder that's actually worth your time and money. MONSTER TRAIN is really something special in the genre and it does a pretty good version of multiplayer deckbuilding.
