this game is like if they remastered the original 3 crash bandicoot games and put them into a trilogy for the price of some amount of money

Спасибо за детство! Спасибо не сломанные нервы в погоне за всеми ачивками!
I didn't grow up with Crash, so I picked this up to see what he's all about. Turns out he's about turning kids into masochists. That said, it's not the hardest game, not even close, but for kids? Who I imagine was the intended audience in their original release? I'm sure it filtered out those who don't like being challenged out fast. The Trilogy being a challenge aside, these games all failed to really hold my attention, and I couldn't play it for any longer than an hour before I got bored of it. Maybe it's because it's dated, or maybe it's due to my waning interest in platformers, but this really didn't do much for me. The exception to this was the bonus stage they added to Crash 1 which was originally a cut level, the difficulty there was enough to keep me engaged with it out of sheer stubbornness to beat it. Which took many many attempts to do. But the satisfaction was worth it. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend this, you're better off playing Mario. This experience has really given context to why Mario was/is King of Platformers.
