A game that launches in a few seconds and gets you into the action and fury instantly. Noisetorm knows how to make an arcade-type shooter that feels nervous, rewarding and easy to get into. Looking forward to seeing the next updates. Thanks for the good job on this.
This game is phenomenal for the price and serves as a great entry point to the genre. One thing I would like to see would be an option to toggle auto dash/sprint. The current option still requires you to continually tap the dash button. With steam input you can make that happen by altering the controller config but by default the game does not have this option. Other games in the genre (Voidbreaker) have this option and it makes playing the game easier on the hands.
This game... is so satisfying to play... the smooth movement, the weapon variety, the elements, the special ability triggers, the maps (could do with more maps and biomes) and the amount of cool runs and broken builds you can make here, it's just PERFECT! I played this game many years ago when the graphics were different and there wasn't as much stuff (skills/guns), so now I'm rediscovering the game and enjoying everything one by one~
a friend gifted me this, bc we saw the game and said "oh funny crab game" thinking it would be a low quality party game, i have now played it every day for the past week 10/10 VERY fun. (i played 20h in one week)
